This is a fake business - they claim they are shipping an outboard but do not deliver it. Meantime, they are trying to get you to eliminate any Paypal dispute you have - if you do so you cannot re-institute it. You get phone calls from a guy in Malaysia claiming to be the CEO. Stay away!
