What an amazing book store! The amazing workers are very experienced readers and can always point me into the right direction. On numerous occasions I have come in for horror, misters, and romances and no matter what genre it is, the workers have red it! Very very useful help from the staff.

This place should be shut down the mold is awful. Would not buy a book from there that would be coming into my home.

One of our mandatory stops when were in Waynesville NC! Theyve moved since last July, but we found them - in Hazelwood. The 2-year old loved the purple chair in the kids section!! This is a REAL bookstore!! We especially enjoy the magazine section - they have a HUGE selection for men and women. Beautiful tin punched ceiling, too!!!

Love the new location in Hazelwood! Great selection, and many local books too. New, hot of the press books are more expensive but still nice that they are available. The staff is always a joy to be around too. Wish there was some light music playing in the background so it wasnt so awkward while you are looking around but otherwise fantastic. If Mary is there have here recommend a book to you!

Great little neighborhood bookstore in Hazelwood. The owners are local women who know the area well and know their customers tastes. Childrens room is super cute. Big sofa in main room to sit and read. Beautiful .

This store needs more overhead lighting. They have a couple chairs set by windows and with floor lamp nearby. Very difficult for my old eyes. I went looking for a magazine and they have a good selection.

I love bookstores! Blue Ridge books is small but its packed full of amazing reads and if they dont have what you are looking for they will order it for you.

Blue Ridge Books is the perfect, local bookstore to wile away an afternoon. If you enjoy supporting local economy then I thoroughly suggest you keep this gem on your list of frequent stops.

A nice little book store. A decent selection of new books with a rather small collection of used books. The staff were nice and the site was well organised.

This has been a favorite stop of ours for many years at their old location in Waynesville and in the new one in Hazelwood. They have a large selection of local history books you wont find anywhere else in the area. Of course they have the usual periodicals and best-sellers. Mom-and-pop book stores are few and far between, and this one is worth a stop.

They have a nice collection of books. A very friendly staff and can order whatever book you need!

Nice little book store in Waynesville. I only wish they had more scifi. They also didnt have any books on the Bill Gates summer reading list in stock. In the end I left empty handed. However, the gentleman at the front register was very helpful.
