This is where we go for our oil changes in our Prius cars. Cant beat the price for the services. Friendly staff, clean area, nice sitting lounge.
I arrived early this morning @ 7:30 AM to the Express Lane to get a oil change and tire rotation. Once the lane opened up, I was told I needed an appointment. I said I was unaware of this change and there was no mention of this change on their web site. Vern told me he could try and fit me in and that they made this change because customers we getting angry. Well now I am upset. One my last visit, i was not given my check list report and found myself stranded due to a bad battery that should have be checked on my last visit. I am very discouraged by the lack of professionalism at this service center. I bought prepaid oil and tire rotation so I would not have this hassle. Now I can not even use the Express Lane without an appointment. I guess I will need to find another dealer to service my Jeep.
Very nice place but too far for me to drive to buy a vehicle. what I dont understand is why my daughter got turned down for the truck and it has been months since then n she is still getting papers of credit checks???? How many times do you have to send it in???
One of the best Car buying experiences ever. I came in later on Saturday and was greeted by Rand Johnson. He is one of the kindest, least pressure salesman ever.I came in looking at one specific car (a cheap car) and he went and grabbed it and brought it down. Gave me the space and such to look over the car, answered my few questions and then offered up a test drive. The test drive is on a very nice route and allowed a very good feel for the car. Once we arrived back, I was firmly sold on the car.I spoke with Rand about what I wanted for my trade in and wanted some basic numbers before proceeding with financing. Rand came back within 15 minutes (even being busy, the sales manager still managed to get my numbers quickly). There was no back and forth or haggling. I got what I wanted for my trade (i wasnt able to drive it in even that day and they still gave a fair number on it), the numbers lined up with what was in my head and I gave the green light for financing. I have a unique situation and I knew we would need to pick up monday. I hate financing a car at a dealer but this was my best option.Once they had everything, we agreed coming in Monday would be best to go over my options. I hate waiting and I have had dealers in the past just blow me off at this point. However this was not the case. Monday about 1 pm, Rand calls and says Its all approved, heres the down payment you need and what your payments are, again zero pressure to comeback or to buy the car... I told them i would come in and go over everything (its almost an hour drive for me).At 3pm I came back in, sat with rand and went over what they needed. Made a double check of the numbers and within 20 minutes, we shook hands and the deal was made. They had managed to get a far better rate than I expected and the payments where lower than I expected. Which was a big shock...I had to wait a bit to sign papers, as Dan Schlitt (the finance guy) was busy, but once it was my turn it was as smooth as silk. Dan wasnt pushy with the warranties or gap insurance and made quick work of the paperwork. They where even able to hold my down payment check until I got that settled (the following day). It was quick, painless and simple. Dan made quick work of it allOverall I am very happy and thrilled. Its just a simple cheap car, but I didnt feel like I was treated like i was buying a $6500 car. It was a wonderful experiance and I will be looking at Autostar Waynesville first whenever my next purchase is (see as I buy several cars a year, that may not be long). Thanks again!
The best service and sales
I like having the option of buying an oil contract but the price has gone up not liking that
