Recently I had some metal embedded in area next to the pupil. In 48 hours I couldnt make out anything with my right eye. Dr. Lehman took me in promptly and got the metal right out. But the metal had left a rusty area in my cornea. Eye is now seriously inflamed. Dr. Lehman was seriously concerned, so much that he gave me his private numbers in case it should get worse. Working around my work schedule he referred and set me up to see a super good eye specialists in Asheville. I could not have had a better experience except for not getting the metal in there to begin with. I would have given more Star had they been available. Thanks Dr. Lehman ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In 2005 I had an eye exam for contact lenses. Because of an stigmatism I had to wait for my contacts, but they arrived fairly quick. The next time, I ordered 6 pairs. I have an appointment in June. I will refresh/update my experience.

When we arrived, husband filled out paper work and I made an appointment in the office for an April visit. I asked hubby for our insurance info and was informed by receptionist that they take no insurance, AND that she tells everyone about their not accepting insurance when they schedule an appointment. I had just made an appointment in person, and insurance was not mentioned. We walked out. What a scammer. Get people in, then pop the bill.

I had a very pleasant experience when they finally had their grand reopening. The associate was kind and helpful and my new glasses were ready before the estimated date!Be prepared to wait awhile due to covid restrictions, but thats to be expected.

Very poor. My husband just went today to get fitted for contact lenses. When he checked in the receptionist didnt tell him his insurance isnt covered; because the doctor isnt a provider. So during check out, he had to pay $$$ out of pocket. The receptionist should of informed by husband about this. Why would you do an exam, if the person has insurance, but its not covered? My husband and I are extremely agitated, wont ever go back.

Just picked up a new prescription and they did an excellent job inserting them in my old frame.Reasons I only gave it it 3 stars is:ETA was 1-14, I was told someone would call. Never heard from anyone therefore I called on the 15th and found my glasses were there.When entering the store, I was asked: Can I hep you! Good morning would have been nice.When purchasing my $ 320.00 prescription I requested the earpiece to be changed. No problem I was told. When picking up my glasses the sales clerk wanted to charge me for it. Of course I refused to pay.Would it be nice if they could clean the old frame without having to ask. After all $ 320.00 is not exactly cheap.They were 3 ladies there and they certainly had enough time to chit chat but I guess no time to go the extra step to please the customer.Again, job well done on the prescription, not so happy with customer service.
