I ordered local delivery of 2 gift baskets to be sent to my parents while they were in Waynesville for their anniversary. Jessica could not have been more friendly and helpful on the phone or to my parents when she delivered the baskets! Very happy to have done business here 😊

Update on below: Jessica from copper pot called and left a voicemail that was super nice and very apologetic about the missing shipment and assured me it was not their norm, but rather a rare glitch. Before I even called back she had resolved the issue by getting a large box with my remaining 2 shipments and included a couple extra pickles! Very grateful for the quick response and customer service. It made me feel like I would totally trust to use this service again in the future.I ordered a recurring pickle subscription from them (the picklers pantry) and only received one box of three... still waiting 5 months later. I tried contacting the business several times and no response!

Good place to go but sort of high on prices
