Love this place! Sweet staff and great gifts! Excellent embroidery

My sister and I were in this shop yesterday, Nov 9, 2015. We were in a hurry and needed something monogrammed. My sister paid an extra $5 to have a purse (purchased at this shop) monogrammed on the spot. We were told it would take 30 mins. We went to other stores on the block and returned in 30 mins. We were greeted with Oh my gosh, I forgot! We were told it would be another 15 mins. My sister observed what appeared to be the proprietors daughter (she identified herself as such) finishing up a prior job (putting something in bag, adding tissue paper.). Then the machine fired up again and my sisters purse was monogrammed. It was tossed into an opaque white bag, with NO tissue paper or offer of gift wrapping, no refund of $5 for the rush job and no apology for the delay. Also, there was no retail card paced in the bag identifying the business. All in all, a very unpleasant and lacking shopping experience.
