Andrew is the person I have the most contact with. He is very personable and professional and he is the only person that has fixed our unit when two other agencies could not. I really appreciate the service the company offers of checking and cleaning the heating air conditioning unit spring and fall. They sure have the right person for the Job! I contacted Haywood Heating & Air Conditioning first thing in the morning and explained my problem. They quickly sent Billy to our home to find out why our thermostat was inoperative. Billy was punctual (actually earlier than I had expected), courteous, polite, and brought his A-Game! He knew what to check and within minutes we were operational again. He took the time to do a thorough inspection of our system while he was there and ended up cleaning out a drip line. His attention to detail and professionalism was phenomenal.If more companies operated like Haywood Heating & Air Conditioning and had more Billy this world would be a better place. They get an A++ and I would definitely suggest giving them a call. Theyve set the bar VERY HIGH!!

This one is simple: another local HVAC company came out when my Train unit stopped producing AC. They told me my compressor went out and suggested I upgrade my system to the tune of $4k. I called Haywood HVAC for a second opinion and when they came out the very first thing they looked at was that the capacitor was bad. After putting a new one in the unit was working properly again. Furthermore, Haywoods service call and part replacement was cheaper than the other companys service call.

This company is horrible. The time for the technician to come to our house was different from what the office said, and what the technician said. When he did finally get here, he was rude, aggressive, and pushy. I refused service.
