Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Have a great selection overall for nearly any budget. Was pretty surprised and happy with some of their options that arent always found at more local ABC stores. Very clean and organized and you can tell they put work into ensuring everything is well organized for their customers.

Want sure what this site was. Its name caught my eye. Glad it did because my husband wanted to find a liquor store and thats exactly what it was.

The lady working today Friday April 30th. She had brown hair, glasses, much older and a purple shirt. I understand some places are still crazy about a mask but I also understand what it is to work in the public not far from the main interstate. You must take into consideration that you have other people from other states passing through and they are from places that have been more lenient with the mask situation. So when addressing them over not wearing a mask a foul nasty attitude is not necessarily needed. We returned to the car grabbed a mask and chose to check out with the other lady who was also rude. As us and many others pass through here several times a month, we won’t be stopping here again. These ladies both need a lesson on costumer surface

If I could this place would rank at 0 stars. I arrived 5 minutes before closing knowing exacting what I needed. The doors were locked and then two men blatantly ignored me knocking on the door in 30 degree weather. A joke of a business.

I did wait a little while to leave this review. Went into this store the last week in December 2016. (I thought it was actually in Maggie, as I kept going straight on Soco Rd from Maggie until I came to this store on the right, but I guess it is actually Dellwood/Waynesville) I am giving 1 star for the products, as I bought the wrong items due to lack of assistance! Zero stars for the workers. Both women were very rude, and were laughing behind my back when I asked questions. Did not want to be bothered! Wouldnt even come out from behind the counter to help me find things. Never would answer my questions with more than a jester towards the liquor section I was asking about. I am sorry, but I do not normally drink and need help finding things in the store and understanding how to mix things. I was humiliated by the way they treated me! I thought this was a store and they were there to assist their customers, I guess not!!! :( They need to bring in workers who know how to work with the public, take their job seriously, and somewhat enjoy what they are doing. I am sure that ABC could find wonderful replacements in a heartbeat, as jobs are not that plentiful in this part of the state. It is a shame, because 99% of the people you come across in this area of the country are friendly, helpful and wonderful to be around. *****I decided to write this review after visiting the Canton ABC store, it was totally different there. I will only go to the Canton store now, even though it is a lot farther for me to drive! Maybe ABC should bring a manager/employee over from that store to turn this one around? At least you will have one employee that is really helpful, treats the customers with respect, and knows what he is talking about. The service was night and day!!! The man that works there, I think his name was Hugh, is fantastic!!! Maybe he could be transferred to what I call the Maggie location???? Thanks for listening.
