Terrible service find another provider

Have visited several times returning when I needed to try different masks for suitability with my CPAP. Heath has made time for me on each occasion and I feel confident that we will eventually get to the one I don’t wake up ripping off in the middle of the night. Joyce is always kind and professional with me as is each person I encountered there

My Mother Is A Client of Mountaineer Oxygen, and not only are they very Professional, but they are also very knowledgeable, and very Patient. Anytime we call, our questions are answered and if we leave a message we get a prompt call back.In my opinion, In today’s society there is no longer a place for that small town feel and Efficient, Quick, Services but Mountaineer Oxygen has the perfect balance of all 3.We very satisfied with the service we receive!!!

Very rude people.. I think it was the owner possibly who helped me, but he rushed me through my entire process of getting a doctor ordered CPAP machine. I didnt even have a chance to ask a question. Ill avoid this place if at all possible in the future. Id rather buy my supplies online than face these people. Has to be a transplanted half back.

These people sincerely care about their customers as people. They have ALWAYS been helpful to me with my oxygen needs. My prayer is that God will bless and prosper this business because they care more about people than any place I have ever dealt with.

My mother is on oxygen and our power was out. Heath and Matt came out in the snow and bad weather only to encounter a tree down on our road and walked the rest of the way to our house just to deliver some more tanks..Thank you so much for doing that! Heath also did a follow up call to tell me no matter what time to just call and he would bring us more!

Joyce and Heath the manager are the rudest people ever. They do not listen to their clients and are very unhelpful. I do not know how this company stays in business. I would not recommend them for O2 or CPAP if there are other options. As always, the business owner puts the blame on the customer in their response and does not take the actions of employees into consideration. My bills are all paid in full which I can prove and I do not think wanting to get my CPAP supplies in a timely manner is being over demanding. However, it no longer matters as I have a new supplier and have not had any problems for over a year now. If you decide to use them, I wish you better luck and hope you dont prove to be a demanding customer.

A family member used them for an O2 concentrator. 18 months and just one service. Filters looked horrible. They only serviced it then because it was so dirty it would not run. They were called but only came out a day latter. Horrible service, I don’t see how they keep Medicare certification. Run far and fast.

Its so good we have a company like Mountaineer Complete Care here close to home in WNC. When you or a loved one needs in-home medical equipment the LAST thing you want to do is order it online or travel all day trying to locate the needed item(s).Having Mountaineer Complete Care local to Haywood County is a HUGE plus and they are there to help when we need them. If you havent checked them out take a few minutes soon and go see them. If they dont have what you need they will gladly get it for you ASAP!Thanks for being in our community MCC. Glad youre here when we need you (and we all will eventually).
