Last night after my oil change, my drain plug was not put in properly causing all of my oil to spill out on the road and multiple dash lights come on. AAA connected me with this company and after an estimated 2 hour wait time, they showed up only about 3 minutes later. I was in a town I barley know, with no one I know, still 45 minutes from home. Dylan was the tow truck driver and he was wonderful. Very, very nice, helpful and thorough. He helped me check my oil level (which was empty and i was having trouble reading the dipstick), got the car towed out of a tough spot, let my friend check out the car once he arrived, waited patiently for me to grab all the things I needed out of the car etc. He also helped me decide the best option on where to bring my car, and made sure I took pictures of the scene for proof. Just an all around good guy who is good at his job! Thanks Dylan!

I had to move my sons truck from NH to RI. Of course it was late in the day and snowing. Jay promptly contacted me and was the NICEST driver I’ve ever dealt with. We deal with truckers on the daily so I always wince when I get a call. Not one complaint! Picked up my sons truck, made it to RI without incident! Fantastic towing company!

Jay did a great job when he flatbedded my 91 Dodge Roadtech Camper from Hillsboro to Newfields . He got some wood pieces to raise the left rear so the generator tailpipe wouldnt get damaged . He was very skilled and professional .

The thief that sells vehicles out of this place is a crook. A friend of mine (a woman) bought an SUV from them and the four wheel drive wasnt working. She brought it to her mechanic and and is was missing so many parts it was a surprise it ran. The clown that sold it to her said some elderly woman owned it and his wife drove it for six months and it was in mint condition.Dont buy anything from this thief!

WOW! Talk about professional service. My call was answered immediately, and within a half hour, a Allstar tow truck with a uniformed driver showed up at the location I was broke down. The driver assured my safety first, than loaded my car on there flatbed. They even cleaned the road of oil that leaked out of my car. The truck operator offered me a ride but I had already called my wife. They are the only towing service that I have taken the time to write a review for. They are that good!

AllStar Towing is a very good business. They care about their customers and more importantly, their community! They donate their trucks to the cub scouts annually for the cubmobile races!

Unreliable! On a Thursday, I arranged for a car transport the following Monday morning. It wasnt urgent so I suggested they pick the day and time. They didnt come and didnt call. When I finally called them, after waiting all morning and into the afternoon, I was told they forgot.They call themselves all-stars but I kicked them off the team. They dont care about their customers. Thats no way to run a business.Find someone else if you value dependability.

I have purchased several vehicles from them over the past few years and have also had them do some repairs for me from body work and paint to some major mechanical work, very easy to deal with and very fair prices, i had even bought a yard plow truck which is what i asked for, wasnt overly concerned with rust or rot because it was going to be just that a yard truck for plowing my long driveway, i looked it over quickly, i could have spent as much time as i needed to look but didnt because like i said wasnt overly concerned with it, he actually delivered to my house in bow for no charge, i plowed a few storms with it, i had it for a month or two and decided that i really wasnt that happy with it, at no fault of theirs mind you, i called Ken and told him i wished i spent more time looking it over before making a decision to buy it, without batting an eyelash, he said just use it for now and ill find you something else, Im thinking yeah right, its either gonna cost me more than i wanted to spend on a yard truck or ill be using this one for ever, i plowed some more with it, maybe a week or two went by and he called and said i have another plow truck for you, he dropped off the new truck, picked up the old truck, didnt charge me one cent more, the new truck is way better, he could have easily sold it for a couple thousand more than i originally paid him for the 1st yard truck! this new truck has NO rust/rot, runs great and passed inspection at another shop and is on the road daily! Tell me if you know of any other used car dealer or shop that would do that, yeah right! In this day and age of social media, people love to bash companys at the first hiccup, and dont tell enough about the good experiences, these guys are great to deal with, plain and simple!
