The people that work at a place make or break the business. Every visit to this NAPA/Sanel is a relief from counter people in most other auto part stores that are to busy for the guy who needs the small, inexpensive, hard to find part that take a research group to come to a decision as to whether it is the right one. I have never waited for help, they are busy with someone or helping me. They have relied on each others advice when looking for something for me. When asking for what I needed, they listened to ME. I now plan to go to this store for auto parts, even when I have to go out of my way, or wait until I am near it. The prices/quality/longevity have been better than other auto part stores.

The guys there are awesome, now that the Napa partnership is taking place I am finding substantial price increases for products I regularly bought before the partnership. I hope prices come down to what they used to be!
