This particular Michaels may be small, but the staff is always so friendly and helpful. If they dont know the answer to a question, theyll find it.Never any lines with more than one register open at peak times. If they dont have something in stock they always ask if they can order it for you. Love this location for the friendly service, clean restrooms, and organized stock.

I was looking for wood and metal pieces for my yard art and having a hard time finding exactly what I wanted. And here comes Julie asking to help. She took me to so many places in the store, which I swear I had already been, and pointed out so many options for me. AND, they were on sale! BONUS!! Here for cake glitter and they had multiple colors to choose from. Wish they also had different sizes. Couple years back they had smaller ones and now you have to get the larger size.

Was just in the store. Gal checking out customers was so involved in conversation with coworker that she didnt pay attention to what was going on or the customers. Husnand told here something twice before she got it. Price on shelf was rough but all she said was Humm must have been in the ring spot .

Honesty is not practiced here. I called before going there to make sure they had an item. Ask if they could check for me. They put me on hold came back and said we do. I drove 1.5 hours and what do you know they didn’t have it.Manager didn’t even apologize.

I always enjoy going to Michaels ....... Ive been involved with Art since day one .... I love looking at the brushes ...... Then the gears in my head start turning. You can usually find whatever your looking for at Michaels, from the weekend warrior to the pro.

They had everything i needed plus more. I love this store. Everyone there is very nice & extremely friendly & very helpful. I go in for one little item & come out with tons of things. I just cannot help my self. If you havent gone to a Michaels you must go. You will love it. Happy Shopping.

Good store, has alot of good products and craft supplies. The store might be a little bit cluttered. They make up for that though with a great website.On the website you can buy then pickup items same day. You can even get them shipped by UPS to your house.If you dont wanna go through that hassle though, you can see on the website what isle things are in. Great website, awesome store.4 stars.

I bought 6 helium canisters 4 did not have any helium! At $34, ripe off. I called and they young lady stated there wasnt anything she could do.🤬

Theiy didnt have a large selection of st Patricks decorations for sale when I went there and the shamrock light up necklace was a bit more vs dollar tree which had resale necklace and a bit more of a selection too

This is a nice arts and crafts store conveniently located off of I 20 and Main street in Weatherford. They have a wide variety of items, ranging from art supplies, to fake flowers, to picture frames. We have been able to find some really good deals on their picture frames, sometimes as much as 70% off! If you need something crafty in Parker County, Michaels is a good option.

Excellent store, well organized, smooth walk, and one of my favorites stores, the register was fully staffed on a busy weekend, I needed Halloween items, and they had them in stock at a great price. I love Michaels, for crafts, drawing tools and painting.

Disorganized. Hard to find what youre looking for. Young clerks are disinterested and seem bored to help you. I walked in circles for an hour and not once did anyone ask if i needed help. When i finally found someone i could positively identify as a store employee and asked where something was, he pointed in the general direction and said up there in front. I dread having to go to this store again for anything.

Love the 50% off coupon we were able to use yesterday. This store was very neat and we were checked on twice to see if we needed help finding something. Super kind and friendly. I enjoyed that they had a scannet in place to check the sale price of items. The checkout was super friendly!

Customer service is satisfactory. Products are easy to find and affordable.Too many holiday items for my wifes taste but overall a really nice place to shop craft supplies.

Most of the store is fine. Theres one girl who works in the frame department who knows absolutely nothing. She should work in the back away from customers who might need assistance.

Great store but not a very good selection

Been there four times. Can never find things as they move things around. Never was able to find any to help me. Twice I left and went to Hobby Lobby to get what I needed. The ither time I left and went to Joanns. Not gonna waste my time here any more.

Everytime I come in they help me with whatever I need...never a question they dont answer...and almost never a slow checkout...love this store...

They still have a lot of what they always had as far as a wide variety of hobbies, but its a little sad to see the fabric section shrinking. It seems it one time, they used to have model cars and Rockets, or maybe that was another place

I can not say enough great things about Michaels Craft Store in Weatherford, Tx. Not only is the staff extremely friendly and helpful - each individual does their best to make my experience pleasant. I recently had a military frame restored and it turned out so much better than when I brought it in. The framing department is so helpful and knowledgeable.Even if the staff isnt as knowledgeable about a certain craft product, the service representatives go out of their way to help me find what I am looking for.So far every purchase has been reasonably priced and I really enjoy being able to use coupons, teacher, and veteran discounts.

Helpful staff clean store

They always have what Im looking and a lot of times have better ways to do it.

Store has lots of sales weekly. Prices are higher than some retail stores. Weekly coupons help with final costs of purchases.

Buy baking items, cookie cutters, Haloween decor glasses, candy mini pail for child next door . Lots of house hold items & hobby items .

I love that store its like a kud in a candy store for me! And i have to make sure i have plenty of money before i go because i always have a good experience with everything they have great customer service!

My experiences here have either been 5 stars, or 1. My latest experience, I asked an employee if they carried X product. She quickly said, No, I doubt we do. But she did check with whoever she was talking to over her headset.I then proceeded to go home & check online & saw they did carry it. I called back & the same employee answered & said, I think I already told you, we dont carry X product. But I guess I can take your name & number in case I find it. She actually called me back about 10 minutes later & said she found it.... so I had to waste more gas & go back..6/20/18 I went in to pick up one thing, saw they were having a buy 3 get one free on Cricut accessories. I got my items & took them to the front. One was an item that had to be pulled from behind the counter. The employee quickly said, We dont have this.NOTHING IS EVER IN STOCK! THE MANAGER NEEDS TO STEP UP THEIR GAME! I can tell you this store has lost hundreds of dollars from not having stuff in stock, JUST from me going there. Im sure theyve lost THOUSANDS!

Decent selection of craft and hobby supplies, though they dont offer as great a selection as hobby lobby. The staff at this location seems to lack a sense of urgency and arent very helpful on the sales floor.

I was disappointed that my coupon could not be used on my purchase because it was for a book, or added to my yarn (yes I know the yarn is on sale). Ill be sticking with Hobby lobby for better buys
