They seem to be very attentive and helpful and appeared to know what they were doing. They were not able to get the work I needed approved by the warranty I held but that wasnt their fault.

Had to stop here for an emergency tire. Reggie was great! Had us fixed up and back on the road quickly.

If zero stars were an option that’s what I would give, I used pep boys years ago, and they really stuck it to me then. Paid them way to much and in the end had to pay someone else to get my vehicle fix right. I swore then I would never use them again. Low and behold years later by shear accident. I find myself in their shop again I knew to walk away, they told me I needed 500 dollars of work done. They did not take me for anything this time though, I learned my lesson. I was able to get all that I needed for $160 bucks. Don’t walk run full speed away from here.

Reggie and his team are honest mechanics. Which is hard to find in todays world. They checked my brakes, changed my spark plugs, and changed my oil. Great team. We will definitely be back for all our mechanic needs. Thanks guys.

Even though James just became the assistant manager of the store he took care of my problem. I have been waiting for 2 months to fix my breaks that they gave me a warped piece on. I didnt know the name of the piece so James went ahead and got everything ready for when I could come in. When i came in he was very polite and professional. From the moment he first called me, he treated me with respect and like a person. Im very happy with the service I got today. My car breaks great now. I will he returning when I can afford to get my transmission fixed. But I will he making sure James is there to supervise first. Thank you so much James for helping me. :)

Life savers!!! Stopped by before my 16 year olds drive test to check tire pressure and battery because we kept getting the flashing battery light indicator. John diagnosed the problem (poor connection and bad connector) he fixed the issue and wished my daughter well on her test. He had excellent customer service skills and went over and beyond to take good care of us!!! Thank you John and Abram!!

I am a veteran and this shop was the only one open on Memorial Day. We had pets in the vehicle and live about 45 minutes away. The Texas heat caused problems with my vehicle and Joe was there to save the day. Joe was quick to diagnose the issue and help with remediation. Joe is squared away and deserves some recognition in my opinion.

7 visits! Supposedly changed my brake pads 4 times. Im pretty sure they didnt do anything. Yet my brakes still make such a loud vibration it wakes all my neighbors in the morning. They are unable (or unwilling) to put the proper brake pads on my car.

I️ dropped my van off for an alignment after I️ replaced the strut mounts. Joe ran an alignment test and told me that no alignment was needed, and didn’t charge for the alignment test. He could have made $90 by charging me for something I️ didn’t need. He has my future business and he will easily make that money back in the future!

They took great care of me told me what was wrong and didn’t try to cheat me great people with great prices. The manager, Joe, is a great man very honest guy. They even tied up my splash guard for me without cost!

I cant say enough good things! On a time crunch for a doctors appointment and one of their machines broke. They worked with a neighbouring shop to get the job done...brought me to my doc appt, and completed the work to perfection. Extremely impressed with this group!

Even though the Just Brakes shop is about 30 miles away from home for me, I will continue to go there in the future! The mechanics and manager are the most moral, truthful people I have met in ANY mechanics shop. Great experience getting my oil changed here. The only complaint is not enough staff. 2 people running the whole store on a Thursday afternoon. The wait was quoted to be 2 hours!!

On New Years Day I found a screw in tire while visiting family. I had to get my three nieces and daughter back home and everyone seemed to be closed. I tried Walmart but they didnt have repair kit needed. I called around and Victor at PepBoys saved the day. Victor was beyond friendly, professional, and caring to my situation. He told me to come by, got me in, and quickly repaired my tire. Thank you so much Victor for all your help; you and PepBoys are greatly appreciated and for getting my family and I back on the road.

Took my truck to get an alignment done on Saturday 4/28/18 . My truck is a 2016 f150 with a small suspension lift. After receiving the truck back I noticed the steering wheel was off to one side enough to be noticeable. I took the truck back by the following Monday to get them to fix the issue. It was at this point that the alignment tech informed me that their alignment machine can not align vehicle with a suspension lift. I informed him that they had just performed an alignment on it three days prior. He went on to point out that they were having the same trouble with another truck that was there because of the suspension lift ( it looked to be a completely stock new f250).So if you have a lifted vehicle and need an alignment I would stay away from this location as they will take your money and then tell you that they can complete the job.

I have come here twice now with a somewhat difficult car and they have had no issues working on it. The only issue I can see is that there is only one mechanic for most of the day as far as I know, which can make the service somewhat slow (2 hours for an oil change) but thats not enough to make the experience any less nice.

Where do I begin? I called there this morning nervous about getting my wifes car repaired without getting screwed over because I know NOTHING about cars. STERLIN WAS AMAZING!!!! He calmed my nerves and told me not only would they be quick, but effective and would show me anything with my own two eyes what needs to be repaired ASAP and what can wait. Im disabled veteran on limited income, so I cant afford much. I had a couple of places tell me I needed all this stuff done but STERLIN looked at it and told me only a couple of things needed repair, and that they would honor the coupon that I had. Amazingly professional and honest customer service with a very strong work ethic and capable quality work to back up the service. Not only did they just make a lifetime customer, but I will refer ALL of my friends family and coworkers to them. And being that I am a manager at a dealership, I can send a lot customers their way!! Thank you STERLIN!!!!

We seriously just received an email to review Just Brakes in Weatherford? Ha! Our experience from a month ago with Just Brakes was a horrific event. We went in and agreed to pay 210.00 and left with paying 3,400.00. They were absolutely NOT clear on the price change after we had dropped our truck off to get fixed. When we came to pick it up they told us the new price and basically said we had to pay it or they would keep our truck! I have lived in Weatherford for 29 years and NEVER met any company as heartless as this! When we spoke with the attorneys at the corporate for Just Brakes they gave us NO sort of options either! We even begged for them to take the parts off we DID NOT agree to and they completely refused saying they were no good to them anymore! So, listen to me when I tell you PLEASE DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF THE SAME WAY MYSELF AND SO MANY OTHERS HAVE AT THIS BUSINESS! Avoid the business! They will over charge you and sneak in fees and you will never have any idea you paid the hidden fees.So sure Just Brakes, I will write you a review! May not be at all what you were looking for on your webpage! But at least I am honest! You all should try the honest bit out!BTW...the other reviews were from 9 months ago! Maybe before letting them touch your vehicle you should talk to someone who has been ripped off recently by this company! I have a list of them if you would like a copy!!!!

Got a quote from this place for 1,024 dollars and they said that I needed multiple parts replaced. Went to another shop in Fort Worth and got a my brakes done for 500 dollars even... long story short dont give this business any money because if you dont know much about vehicles they will factor in a ridiculous amount of extra money and act like the wheels will role off if you dont get it done there immediately.
