I took my Tahoe to have the suspension looked at. There was a bolt missing and they also said I needed to have the air ride system completely replaced. $1600. I said I wasnt going to do it right now and the woman got a bit rude and said it wasnt safe to drive the way it was. I took it somewhere else and the system checked out with no leak and in good shape. I also wasnt given correct information about the timing of getting it looked at, having the bolt replaced. I had to wait over an hour in the office after it had been there all day. They said they could come get me and they couldnt, at the last minute. Not impressed with the attitudes. Wont be going back.

They back up their repairs. Had a Radiator and EGR Tube replaced. The EGR Tube failed after a couple months. They fixed it quickly today at No Charge. We take our vehicles that are out of warranty there for repairs I cannot make myself.

2033 is the the best and most I have ever been able to trust a shop for any work done on my vehicles. Since I began using them, I won’t use anyone else. Kevin has done everything on my vehicles from brakes, alternator, transmission, interior door replacement, to putting a new engine in my Tahoe. It’s always done right, and the prices are affordable. Nice to have no doubt about where I’m going to take my vehicles if something goes wrong. I’d rather never use anyone other than Kevin or people he trusts to work on my cars. He definitely knows them well! 😆 Most importantly, he is honest and Ive learned I can fully trust him. He gives me options when they are available! He understands my goal of keeping the same vehicles on the road for a long time and protecting the investment, instead of trading them in for the newest and higher payment every couple of years. So I feel like I have long-term professional support toward that goal! 2033 only employs the best and good people. The staff is wonderful and treats you like a friend, especially Angela, the cashier. Definitely never taking my cars anywhere else!

Awesome Shop! I was having some electrical issues with my truck that I could not figure out and Kevin was able to find the problem quickly. Angela at the service counter was super friendly when I was all done and ready to check out. This is a really cool shop that does all kinds of custom upgrades on vintage and new vehicles. Great place took pride in what they do.

This has to be one of the worst shops Ive every been too. Just got charged $1122.56 for parts and labor only to get my vehicle home and the brand new CV joints they ordered and installed broke. I moved my truck twice, once on a trailer and once off and that was it....Update -- root cause - the shop did not put the locking pin on the inner cv shaft. It was completely missing. Again, poor service and lack of accountability.Shop had my truck for 6+ months and during that time 2 mechanics and one service writer quit/walked out. The shop had no idea what work was was done to my vehicle nor were they willing to take my vehicle back or refund me the purchase price of the parts they ordered and installed. DO NOT TAKE your vehicles here...

I was passing thru Weatherford and unexpectedly had trouble with my truck. I was a long way from home and had a long way to go to get to my job. The manager Angela quickly got service tech Danny on the job. They installed a belt and 2 injectors in my truck and got me back on the road the same day. They recognized my problem of needing to get to my job quickly and because of them I made it on time. Great people. Many thanks to these professionals.

Although the front desk staff may be friendly, you should not trust what 2033 tells you might need replaced and beware that you will pay dealership prices for refurbished parts and workmanship that 2033 management will not stand behind. Ive been taking my 7.3 diesel to 2033 for 5 years now and spent close to $10k on various repairs. The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating. However, the quality of work has fallen off significantly in recent years! It appears that many of their expert mechanics have gone to start their own or work at other mechanic shops in town, leaving 2033 with parts changers working on your vehicle. Recently, I paid for replacement of a rear main seal, flywheel, and oil coolant lines which were supposedly needed to stop an oil leak. In the process of this repair, they spilled 3-4 quarts of transmission fluid (which they denied), causing me to have to make repairs to a newly rebuilt transmission. 15 months and approx. 14k miles later, the aftermarket flywheel they put in malfunctioned, costing me another $900. Since I was 2k miles over their warranty, they wouldnt cover the repair. So, needless to say, I had that repair done at a more reputable shop. 16 months after they replaced the rear main seal, Im having to have the rear main seal replaced again, because the work they did at 2033 didnt hold up for even 15k miles. After talking to other mechanics around town, Im told that it is unlikely that the main seal and flywheel ever needed replaced in the first place. Buyer beware!

Never had an oil change so fast! Dustin was there to greet me as I pulled up, pulled the car in, did the oil change, I paid, and then I was out the door! Excellent customer service skills and very very nice staff!!! Will always come here for an oil change!

Just want to share my thoughts on this home town friendly automotive shop. Service was great and the staff is friendly. I had my Ford F-250 serviced for the 1st time. I wanted to try a different place that wasnt a high cost dealership. It was definitely less expensive for the services performed and I was pleased all the way around. I would definitely recommend and if you havent given them a chance, please do.

2033 is the only mechanic shop in weatherford in my opinion. Waylon Westmoreland is fast, honest, and by far the best mechanic up there. I was towing my travel trailer to deer lease and my truck decided to have an electrical fit. I pulled into this shop yard to personally assess it and 2 of the employees came out to see what was going on. They stayed 30 min after the shop closed today and helped me get it started to get back home temporarily. Jacob and Preston - very good men - and Preston even had a major,recent surgery on his right arm. Ill have my truck towed back to this shop tomorrow and repairs completed next week but I wanted everyone to know how the guys went above and beyond for a complete stranger today.

Took my car into 2033 Motorsports to see if it was worth sinking money for the repairs or sink the money into a new car. Well, being a girl, i feel like mechanics can haggle more money out of me instead of being honest. BUT 2033 were nothing but honest with me and were there to actually help me get my car up and running again! They are the best automotive shop around and would definitely recommend 2033 and NOT waste your time with other mechanics. Honesty and great service!!!

I took one of our service vehicles here because it is difficult to find a good diesel mechanic, and a friend of a friend recommended them. It was running rough, had an exhaust leak at the manifold, and leaking oil. I asked before I took it in if they could look through the truck and let me know if it was worth fixing the issues or if I needed to sell it, due to value of the vehicle vs. the cost of repairs. I was told that would not be a problem, as I was expecting the worst. To my surprise I received a call in a couple of days explaining that there were several items that needed to be replaced, but overall not bad. It was to the tune of around $1500.00. That said, I got the truck back a few days later and happily paid my bill. Well the exhaust leak was still there, and the oil leak was still there. I called and talked to Angela, and was told to bring the truck back so they could have a second look. I took it in, and a week and a half later she called and said that her mechanic basically said the truck needed a new motor. Well, that would have been nice to know before I spent additional money on it. I took it back a third time for them to makes sure, and was told they couldnt find any oil leaks, and the exhaust was coming out of a blow by tube. Im not a diesel mechanic, but I have had several of the 5.9L Cummins trucks, and NEVER seen this before. I was told to just drive the truck and it would be fine. So here we are a few weeks later, and have had more issues with the truck than I had before I took it in to them. The tech that drives it daily called to let me know there was not a drop of transmission fluid in it, after a leak was supposedly fixed on the last trip to this shop. Ive also run at least 25 quarts of oil through it since we have had it back from 2033. I called to let Angela know how unhappy I was. She told me she needed a few days to cuss and discuss it, and would call me back. That was over 3 weeks ago... Im not saying they are bad or out to get you, but use at your own peril. I wont be using them again.

We stopped in at 2033 Motor Sports today for an inspection on our vehicle. One of the bay doors was open so we thought that they will still open. My husband ask if he could get an inspection and they took care of it. They actually were already closed but took care of us anyway. Thank you Chuck Edward and your staff at 2033 Motor Sports ! When we visit our family in Weatherford, Tx. We never fail to have 2033 inspect, and complete any work needed on our vehicles. We have a 1999 Fleetwood RV we live and travel in full time. 2033 inspected our home on wheels to ensure us we had a safe ride. We wanted the suspension updated along with new brakes and alignment check. Not only did they update our suspension with airbags but found our springs also needed updated. We now ride in complete “Luxury” with assurance of our safety.Thanks Waylon, and all the 2033 crew for the hard work and concern for our safe travels. To add I have never been to a more friendly, creditable, and “HONEST” and I don’t use that word lightly, very honest mechanical shop. You will not be disappointed. This is a must use mechanical shop if you are anywhere in the area.

I was a very long way from home and needed help with getting my truck started. I went to put fuel and came to find my truck didnt want to start. It was 10pm, very windy and temperatures were in the high 20s. The next morning they were the first shop I called and they responded promptly. They got me towed at a very reasonable price and went straight to work figuring out the issue on my truck. I made the call at 8am, got towed by 9am and was back rolling by 1045am.. Great customer service, very professional, reasonable price and high quality shop to accommodate any needs youll have. A++..

We had a $600 dispute with 2033, they chose to Not refund us. We historically spend thousands there every year. I don’t understand their business practice. It truly must be “we’re not happy until you’re not happy”. I should also mention that they gave us an estimate for several necessary repairs, when we took our vechile to a different place ABSOLUTELY NONE of the repairs were necessary. It makes me wonder how much money in unnecessary repairs they took from us . I guess in the end they did us a favor

I wanted to THANK 2033 Motorsports (and Chuck Edwards) for their amazing service. I recently brought my truck to 2033 after a horrible experience at Just Brakes. For the record, I only went to Just Brakes because it was close to my house (I live in South Arlington). They quoted my brakes to be fixed at $1,591.00. This was completely outrageous. And not to mention the horrible service from their employees. My wife has always brought her car to 2033 and I decided it was my next option as well. Let’s put it this way.. The drive was definitely not an issue. I would gladly drive an hour away for the quality of work 2033 Motorsports puts into their customers vehicles. And HONESTY.. HONESTY! You know you will not get a run around or up-charged on any service. They were able to fix my truck for $261.00. I will always be a loyal customer to 2033 Motorsports! Again, thank you so much! I had taken my car to 2033 Motorsports to get serviced. While they had it on the lift they noticed I had a crack on the inside of one of my tires.They called around to various tire stores and got me an estimate on getting new tires. (the decision was mine to make but having that crack was hazardous) They did the work for me. So awesome.I loved that they were so thorough, and answered all of my questions!

Brian, was easy to get hold of with questions which makes for an excellent experience. Overall quality of work was great.

They swapped my transmission but did unnecessary extra work to come to the conclusion which I had told them it was the transmission, also added extra parts that were not needed, so I basically paid $1100 for a transmission swap will not be using them again.

Took my 2001 F150 in for a new heater core. Two weeks later, I picked up the truck and it died 1/4 mike from shop. They sent a mechanic and he beat on the alternator with a hammer and said my 9 month old battery was bad. Bought new battery, same problem. Had to have it towed. They had unhooked a charging wire on the starter solenoid. 13 months later, heater core was leaking. They said the core had two year warranty, but their labor was only good for one year. I took it to another place and found their mechanic had caused the leak by bending the core putting it in. They left out many screws in the dash-some were laying on floorboard when I first picked the truck up. They wanted me to pay to have them fix it again!

2033 Automotive & Truck repair is like getting dealership service without the expensive dealership costs. Manager Kyle Kizer and his team are fantastic!!! I first met Kyle many years ago when he was the service manager of the Toyota dealership in Hudson Oaks and I have followed him to 2033. I trust he and his team with all of my vehicles...they are the only group that I trust to do service/work on my wifes Lexus 350, as well as my sons 10 year old Tundra or my new Tundra ...from normal maintenance at the oil/lube site (Preston is fantastic!) to his team of trusted mechanics. Professional and courteous staff combined with reasonable pricing means they have a customer for life. If it has a motor, they can service/fix it. I now take my Yamaha Viking and Kubota Zero-Turn to them instead of dealing with the long wait and high pricing of local dealers. Thank you 2033...you guys are FANTASTIC!

Absolutely terrible job. Cannot recommend 2033. 2033 replaced the clutch and flywheel on my 1999 Dodge 2500 in December 2017. Within a few months the rear main (behind flywheel) and transfer case rear seal (where drive shaft exits transfer case) began leaking. Due to this leak, the transfer case ran dry and gave out on I49 south of Shreveport. We sat for 5 hours waiting for a tow truck to take us back to 2033 thinking that the repairs would be covered, or partially covered under warranty. Instead, 2033 told me that seals are wear parts and eventually go badBoth at the same time?!!Within 7 months of their mechanics performing work on the same parts?!!I argued with the front desk and was told that I could talk to the manager Kyle, but he was unavailable. The front desk then decided to warranty the less costly job of rear main seal replacement and told me that I would be responsible for all costs related to the transfer case. I paid and started to leave when I found the skid plate (supposed to be mounted under the transfer case) still in the back of my truck; they didnt reinstall it!! I immediately went back in and complained about the skid plate. 2033 installed the skid plate and I left. The next morning I was home and under the truck looking at the work that 2033 had just completed. I found the skid plate hanging down, not properly attached, I found electrical wires not properly attached and rubbing on the drive shaft and I found vacuum lines not properly attached and bent. I immediately drove back to 2033 where this work was completed correctly while I stood by, in the shop, directing the work. I asked to speak to the owner, Chuck Edwards, and was told that he was not available but that I could talk to Kyle, however, he was out picking up parts and not available.I do not expect 2033 to cover the 5 hours that we sat beside I49. I do not expect 2033 to cover the tow bill for the trip from Shreveport to Weatherford. I also do not expect 2033 to cover the rental car for 1 month while my truck sat in their yard. But I do expect 2033 to stand behind their work, to not be condescending to their customers expecting them to believe that their mechanics cannot make mistakes and that two separate seals will wear out at the same time, within a few months after their mechanics are working in the those same areas. Lastly, I expect to receive my vehicle in better condition than when I dropped it off. If I had not been diligent in double checking their work I would eventually be forced to deal with electrical issues as a result of the wires they left rubbing on the drive shaft and I would be forced to possibly deal with a bent skid plate or worse; debris gouged in to the transfer case due to the skid plate not being properly attached.I will not bring another vehicle to 2033 and I recommend that neither do you. However, if you do, be sure to double check all of their work to ensure everything is properly replaced. If not, youll be right back, and theyll be charging you for their mistakes.

I was having problems with the transmission on my 2006 Nissan Maxima and Chuck Edwards at 2033 Motorsports saved me $1300 that the Nissan Dealership was wanting to charge me! We are so thankful! If you need anything worked on, please take it to 2033 FIRST and let them see what they can do!

Took my truck in with a power steering leak. It leaked worse after it was repaired than before. I talked to 2033 about it two weeks later. I was told someone would call me back. That was over a month ago. No phone call. I wont be back.

Everytime i go to 2033 i know they will take care of me & not lie to me. I used to go to goodyear but they would ALWAYS tell me a bunch of things that arent actually wrong with my car just to make more money. 2033 fixed my problems with honesty & friendliness unlike any other ive been to & i would recommend them to anyone that needs their car taken care of the right way.

Ill tell my issue and you can decide if you want to risk going here. Had my VW jetty tdi here for fans and a/c not working. They replaced my condenser for over 600 dollars. Got the car back the left my fans unplugged and the a/c compressor wouldnt disengage and would drain my battery. Also it would overcharge my a/c system blowing it out. Took it back multiple times they tinkered with it and gave it back not fixing the problem. Then they tryed to tell me they needed to replace the entire a/c system to TRY to fix it for 1000 dollars. I said hell no got time in with a retired VW specialist. It just needed a 50 dollar control modual and was good to go. I wish that was the end of my story at the date of this post my a/c is system is leaking from the work they did to replace the condensor. In my opinion there are no mechanics that work there just incompetent part changers.

When we moved to Weatherford just over two years ago, I asked a friend where he took his vehicles for service. He gave 2033 Motorsports a ringing endorsement! I took my 2013 Hyundai Elantra to Just Brakes on North Beach Street in Fort Worth because my car was making a whirring noise sometimes when I stopped. Just Brakes told me that I needed all new brake pads and a brake flush. It was going to cost almost $500 and I might need new rotors, but they wouldnt know until they got the pads off. It was odd because my car had less than 40,000 miles. So, I took it to 2033 MotorSports for a second opinion. The guys at 2033 MotorSports told me that my brakes were perfect and did not need anything. I spoke with Matt and he was very polite and helpful.

I brought my 97 chevy 2500 up there because it would not start need less to say they was very fast to get to work on it and let me what the problems was and didnt do anything to the truck till i gave the ok to do so also the did a good job making sure all the plug wires was neatly but back...over all they did a good job in 1 day thankyou

Took my 08 dodge to get the rear end fixed. Charged 2700 dollars. Got my truck a week later and nothing was fixed. Took it back and they told me it was my brake pads. This place is a joke and I will never go back again.
