Drive up has been awesome until today. I ordered some drink mixes to be picked up by my husband but they didnt let him pick it up because it was my order and its alcohol. Silly people, bloody Mary mix and tonic water has 0% alcohol!! 😂I really do appreciate the drive up staff! You make it so convenient for me to spend more time with my family AND also not spend the extra money I would if I were to go in and shop! 😂😅💕
A very clean, spacious and well-organized store. All the non-food products are clean and well-stacked. Super fresh vegetables, fruit, dairy, and meat products. Recommend a visit to the berry 🍓🍓 section, yummy! Self-service is available in addition to a checkout via a cashier (behind a Plexiglas protector). Great store!
I have always received excellent service at the store. Every time I have been there its always very clean. When I injured my leg, customer service told me to park in handicap parking and they brought a scooter to my car twice. Tonight the pharmacy had already closed and the pharmacist reopened her register and sold me my medication so I would not go without this evening. I too and my pharmacy technician at a big chain store. I know she was probably dying to get out of there after all of the traffic, covid shots, and her own work checking prescriptions and counseling patients. Thank you so much for taking care of me. Weatherford Target is excellent!
For being in Weatherford, TX this store is super out there. Employees look unprofessional with green hair and 10 facial piercings, wild hair colors with a tiara.. or just straight up unclean.. the restrooms smell as soon as you walk in the door, paper towels all over the floor. Not the best, Target. Not sure what’s going on at this location.
Employees are always helpful. Today there was an employee who saw me waiting in the Starbucks line she came over to take my order. Her name tag said Simmons I believe... anyways, sweetest and most professional employee I’ve ever encountered there. She was just genuinely a nice person. Keep her around. ❤️

I cant believe I fell for it again. Target intentionally mismarks their prices and charges are least double at the register. Their sales are bogus.
Just picked up a target curbside order. They did not put the milk in the order. I paid for it. I love the drive up option. I’m learning I must get out of my car and check my order because this is happening. Defeats the purpose of curbside if I have to do this. Only two overworked girls were servicing the curbside. They are very frustrated. Won’t use again! Never did get the milk!

I didnt think about getting her name at the time but whoever the younger lady was who helped me this morning with getting the Xbox was born for customer service and deserves all the raises in the world. Ive never had better or more patient customer service, good people at this target.I also wore a mask like an adult so I have no complaints in that department. Think about others for once in your life and just wear a mask for a small portion of your life.
Great place the only reason I don’t have 5 stars is because I don’t believe in things being perfect there’s always room for improvement customer service is great the Starbucks is a great addition the target food kinda sucks but is alright.
I was looking for an item and the person that works in Toys today took 10 seconds and said she looked on the floor and in the back and they nothing in stock. Your own system said they were in stock. Maybe you shouldnt work in sales if youre not willing to help make a sale.
I have gone twice since we moved here. The first time the milk was expired. This time a woman came without warning reaching in front of me at self check out and wouldnt let me check out myself.
The customer service agent Carmelita was very rude to my husband and I. We wanted to exchange a headset that we bought for our son for Christmas. We accidentally bought the PS4 version. We needed the Xbox version.The package had never been opened and we had a receipt.. They cost the exact same amount. She would not allow us to exchange it without paying a $40 difference which made no sense to us. We asked to speak to the manager and the Lost Prevention Associate, Diane, said she was the manager of the store. She, in fact, is not the manager so she should not say that she is the manager. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Carmelita was very unprofessional and just said Im done, Im done...next. That is very disrespectful to cut my husband off in mid sentence. This store has problems with racial discrimination. If you are not white...you have brown or darker skin be careful shopping at this location. They will treat you with total disregard. This is not the first time we experienced this type of treatment at this store so this time I had to warn people. Target you need to get nicer associates at this location or do an inservice on how to treat customers with respect!
Great products and prices but they do not enforce mask wearing and not all self checkouts are sanitized between shoppers like other Targets. Very sad to see the complacency on the issue of public health safety.
Do not shop here unless you are willing to deal with the mask police. Also they are very rude about it which is unnecessary.
They (Weatherford) actually came through with the product, so they get 5 Stars. I wanted to use this opportunity to share yet another negative experience with a particular Target store. I ordered from three stores and two of the three actually fulfilled my needs. Except for Eastchase Target. Eastchase Target in Fort Worth @ 8550 Tom Laundry Frwy, should be forced to shutter their doors . By far the worst store I’ve ever shopped at online or in person, doesn’t matter it will never live up to my expectations. For a store manager to blatantly lie to customers in order to conceal the true nature as to why they couldn’t provide me with the same product Weatherford and Tehama Parkway did, leaves “Doug” integrity in question. The product he said they didn’t have, oh they had. I placed an order for store pickup, prior to the store opening. A few hours later I receive an email saying my item was no longer available. Thinking this was an error I go back to check online and to my surprise, the item was all of the sudden in stock again. It was out of stock after I placed the online order. I know this for a fact because A friend of mine asked if I could place an order for him, but unfortunately it was out of stock. So I called the store and spoke to Guest Services and explained the whole situation to them. The lady on the phone was also confused because she showed 4 in stock. So, I asked if they could hold those items for me. She said she couldn’t it was first come first serve. I said, well technically speaking, shouldn’t I be afforded the opportunity to make that purchase or for them to hold it since I did place an order online for store pickup? She didn’t know how to reply or provide an explanation so did transferred me to I would assume the store manager. So I speak to Doug and according to Doug, by the time the pickers got to my order the product had been sold. How is that so? When the product was clearly in stock at the time of order and the store didn’t open until 8 am. Doug tried to say there was some issues within the inventory and that item was showing a negative 4. He says since the system doesn’t recognize a negative so it just put it back in as 4 in stock when they’re actually 0 in stock. Okay, so maybe that makes a little sense I guess, but I had my friend go to the store since I was not available to, and when he got there they said it was still on the truck and they couldn’t find it. So how does a product that Doug said there was no more of go from being on the truck? The entire thing does not make any sense at all. I believe someone in that store is hiding it either for themselves or a friend. I have never had a positive experience at this store. The person who works in toys needs to be terminated from her position. She’s extremely rude and has no business being involved in customer service. If I was the store manager, she’d be fired. I wouldn’t not one someone like that representing the Target brand. This store has some major issues that need to be addressed and it starts with management. It’s a reflection of their leadership or lack of and the issues need to be handled in a diligent manner. I’m not just some average customer complaining. These are facts and Eastchase needs a serious makeover.
Target was able to remedy a situation that was a sad convergence of newborn mom brain, a husband misunderstanding something, and a dishonest person. I really appreciate what John and Kara/Cara (unsure of spelling) did to help us out. They honestly didnt have to do everything they did. Thank you for all of your help.
The service I received was above and beyond. We returned an item that had been purchased at another store. Thus received a gift card rather than a credit card credit. We walked around the store to make purchases and when time to check out discovered the credit receipt had fallen out of my pocket. The young lady at the service desk didn’t blink an eye. She she would take care of it. She had to go to the back to research the credit then returned as quickly as possible. Voided then other card and issued a new one. It was for about $86. WOW!!! So grateful. Yes, amazing service and all that with reassurances I was not the only one that had happened to. Thank you Target!!! Amazing service.

While I was in Target on Friday - my 2 year old got away from me & I could not find her. This was my first experience with this happening in a store & the team members working were quick to not only search, but locate her before I completely lost my mind. I did not properly thank them for their swift action.
Was stopped as SOON as I walked through the door by your employee Ronald. He asked where my mask was, I told him I can’t wear one, he then asked why. I told him he cannot ask that and I have heath issues. He then told me he needed to know to see if it fit in the store policy. I told him I had asthma and that is actually non of his business and I was not wearing one. He proceeded to tell me he didn’t need to know my medical issues after the fact that he just told me he needed to know my issues to see if it fit the store policy on mask. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES TARGET!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!

Thank you for the 8-9AM elderly and vulnerable hour this morning. Target employees were kind and helpful, and their friendly smiles were very welcome in this scary time. I thought youd like to know that this hour had an extra bonus. There were several elderly shopping alone and being able to talk to employees and connect with other seniors was very reassuring to them. A lot of us live alone with no family. Thank you, Target.
The store team at my Weatherford, TX Target are always so helpful and friendly! They attention to detail they are focusing on in regards to cleanliness is amazing! During my shopping experience I saw several team members sanitizing equipment and never sacrificing smiles (even behind the mask) and customer service!
Fast, friendly and helpful associates that bring out the order. Each one has always verified my name and the best place to load the products.
Cashier didn’t give me all my bags at checkout. Called them within minutes after leaving and realizing said they had my stuff and said they would hold it for me. Went back 10 minutes later to grab it and they had already put my paid for items back on the shelf and sold them to someone else. They did refund me but still I left without half my items I had purchased.
I love Target. I love the feel of the store. When I walk in, I feel that I can slow down. Theres no chaos that makes me dread going in and that makes me want to hurry to get out. Its peaceful. I just want to stay, have a cup of coffee or have lunch, look at the products, and enjoy myself and enjoy the moment.

I love Target, but what made this trip even better is the courtesy your salespeople showed to my daughter who used your fitting room to change a diaper, but upon further inspection, it was set up for nursing mothers with not just a changing table, but a nursing chair, diapers, wipes, water and snacks for the mother!! I win...win.. for Target. Thank You Target! That is why we love you!
I saw an item online that I needed for my youngest grandson. I made a quick stop and was able to get the perfect item while talking with his dad (who was looking at the gift online) to make sure I was getting the right size. Quick stop and a perfect gift.

The way you treat your customers is shocking. Earlier today, I saw customers being forced to wait outside in the sun and wind -- making these people susceptible to sun- and heat-related illnesses and to the dangers of the passing traffic. Simply unacceptable. And the parking lot was less than half full. Just one day earlier, no one was being forced to wait. Shelves were fairly well stocked. Needless to say, I did my shopping elsewhere. You permanently lost me as a customer today.
For a company who demands that masks be worn due to some virus, the bathrooms were completely disgusting. Toilet paper rolls on the floor, broken soap dispensers & dirty mirrors.

Staff and management at this target are very helpful and patient. Went in during Christmas to purchase one of the display trees and the section a manager/lead helped load it into the truck, offered ideas to care of tree and etc. Aside from this scenario. The building is always organized and doesn’t seem in a mess ever, staff is pleasant and able to hold a conversation. Grade: A+

My family and I were in town for a wedding. This Target was a life saver in getting last minute items for the motel and for our preparations. The staff was incredibly friendly. Even the concession staff was kind-hearted, which speaks volumes because most locations I’ve been to the concession staff hardly appeared as though they wanted to be there. This Target exceeded all of my expectations.
Employees are radical and very expressive about their politics. If ur an American supporter than this is not ur store.

The cashier was amazing and a true advocate for the customer while working with management to resolve a minor pricing issue. The manager was truly professional and understanding and worked to quickly resolve the little pricing issue without putting me on trial like at other stores. Today is my birthday and without knowing it together they made my shopping experience a real treat!
Love our store, the employees (though hard to find) are always friendly! They always have all the new products out, and if you cant find anything they are more than happy to look for you.
We went to this store late Thanksgiving night. The employees were amazing!!!! The lines moved quickly and they were most helpful. Electronics is the department we were visiting.

I have to admit that I do not agree with some of Targets politics sometimes, but I have to compliment our local store after our stop yesterday. One of the things that can easily separate retail establishments is their level of customer service. Yesterday, while walking through Target to go find one product, my son and I were greeted no less than five times by Target employees asking if they could help us or simply asking how our day was going. This is not often seen, especially at stores like Wal-Mart, where it sometimes seems as though you are bothering an employee to ask them for help.Bravo, Target. Well done.
Quality for price
Four mobility carts neither one worked two by the exit door and two by the customer service counter. Well one worked, it went about a half mile an hour The rest didnt come on.What makes me really mad is I drove 30 minutes to shop. I could of brought my own scooter if I knew they werent going to work. Why do you have signs on your handicap spaces saying call for a scooter if you dont have scooters that work?

Whomever was working the Starbucks the night of Nov. 20th was very rude. When I arrive at the counter she acknowledges my presence while she is finishing making a drink from the customer ahead of me. When I thought she was going to come take my drink order she quickly runs to the back and turns the lights off. When I’m still standing at the counter thinking she would take my order she stares/looks at me for a few seconds and then says “I am so sorry but we are now closed.” I am very frustrated/shocked when you acknowledge me but you decide you can not take just a few more minutes to take my order and make my drink, especially when you just took and order right before mine. (which you gave their drinks for free) I’ve gotten numerous drinks at this location and will continue to do so. But I am really frustrated about what occurred, especially when I was wanting to purchase a drink for myself and my mother.
Quick and easy. I was able to determine that the items I wanted were available at the store I selected, placed the order, received on-line discount, walked right in and picked up my order. It simply does not get any easier then that.
My wife and I were there doing some Christmas shopping. Im a disabled vet and need a cart to get around. Mine is being repaired so I had to settle for the store one. Its frustrating to get on one, only to have the battery die in a few minutes, and getting stranded on the other side of the store. Target hangs tags on theirs so you know which ones are charged and which ones arent! Nice.We did our shopping and were waiting in line. My cart started beeping. A manager, Kara, came over to me and pulled me into a shorter line and had a new cart waiting for me! She said they have a store policy where all employees listen for the beeping of a dying battery. When they hear one, another cart with a fresh battery is taken to the person. That is customer service!Oh, and they have great products at great prices. We also got a bunch of shopping done. LOL
Ordered on line~ drove up to designated area~ Target employees there to greet us and load my truck! So easy! I will do all my shopping this way

The Target in Weatherford is a nice place. Usually busy but the sales can be good. The proximity to other large stores and restaurants makes it easy for people to access if they wish to shop at a Target.
Weatherford Target is always well organized and maintained. We travel 45 miles just to come shop in the store.

This target branch has a huge food section so you can buy fresh grocery here even though its not a supertarget. They offers a lot of promotions weekly :)

Im 50 and was asked for my ID to buy cough syrup. I just walked out and drove to Wal-Mart and got it cheaper and didnt have to show my ID.
Associates are helpful and kind. The store layout is understandable.
