Went in and tried out power couches and recliners. Decided on burnt burgundy. Ordered both. That was in July…did not get them in July, august, September, October, November, finally 23 of December. They were not what we ordered but, they would not change them nor would they refund them. We called every week and sometimes twice a week plus we went in I can’t count how many times. We wanted to purchase more pieces but would not for any reason buy there. I believe the order was lost and the lady could not remember what we order. We paid them over $4000. For a couch and recliner, you would think we would of at least got the right furniture after waiting 6, yes six months. We have not and will not do business there. Good luck!

Ordered lift chair. Was told it would be 6 months to get here. We agreed. Six months had come and gone and we never got a phone call, so I called. Was told the delivery will not happen for ANOTHER six months! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I asked why no one called to let us know this? This is just basic customer service and good manners. She had no answer for me except to say “well I wasn’t the one who sold it to you. You’ll have to talk to her tomorrow” This furniture stored USED to be the BEST in customer service and inventory. They blame everything on COVID now. COVID does not stop your employees from calling a customer who has shopped here for roughly 30 years. Never ever again will my family shop here. What happened to this store? Please reconsider shopping here. Read the latest reviews. They all have the same ring…customers do not come first here any longer.

Ordered an Ashley sectional beginning of June. A tad pricey, but good quality. In August, I got one piece of the order. I’ve call every month and it’s the same story, another five weeks, another two weeks, another month. No compensation or offerings for my chase taking almost FIVE months to get to me! I called again yesterday after being told, “it will be ready for delivery on 10/25” today, “it will be shipped to us in two weeks and out for delivery in November”. I have literally had to CALL constantly for upsetting updates! I’ve asked to speak to a manager just to be told, “nothing can be done, this is because of COVID”, yet NO ONE has treated me like I matter! I guess $1300+ for a PIECE of a sectional and nearly FIVE-SIX months of waiting is “customer service”?! Maybe I’ll get lucky and get the other half of my couch by Christmas.....

Worked with Jesi Phelps on getting new furniture in the house. It was a pain that everything is on back order but I found that to be the case everywhere because of COVID. She kept me updated and answered my calls when I got anxious to find out where my furniture was. Will for sure be back if I need anything else.

Jessica helped us with a Randall Lazyboy recliner. She was wonderful! They have very nice furniture in there and when we get ready for a couch we will buy there. We originally went to the Lazyboy Store in Arlington and the sales people were rude and said we had to buy extra protection and warranty that it is on all their products which was a lie, and we had to pick it up in Dallas or pay $99 delivery charge. We bought the recliner and brought it home with us from Willhite.

Wonderful experience! Petra was great. She helped us pick the perfect recliner and couch with recliners on the ends. Both are Lazy Boy products, which I believe from experience are the best for comfort and durability. We special ordered them to match in color. They arrived earlier than promised.My husband and I both smile and take a big sigh each time we sit on them, super comfortable.I absolutely give Willhite and Lazy Boy the highest of recommendations.

Horrible, went in 30 minutes before they closed, they asked what we were looking for, I told them. Showed us a couple and them she walked off. So we walked around for a few minutes looking and had a question for them but couldnt find anyone, then while we were sitting on a sofa they started to turn the lights off at 5:45 I guess they didnt want to sell us anything. They were all to busy trying to leave. Wont ever go back. Bad Bad customer service.

Return customer! I went to Willhite Furniture looking for a bed for my daughter. Jessica made the experience super easy and found what I thought I was looking for. Bought it, got home and realized we werent ready for a big girl bed yet. She totally took care of our return, super easy, super understanding! And now were back and ready for a new bed! Jessica is a great salesperson to work with! We recently purchased a Broyhill table that has gone out of production and was missing one chair and we werent able to complete the set. We figured wed find a bench to compliment the table. Well, Jessica to the rescue! She found a beautiful bench that will enhance my table, using very impressive decorative knowledge to find just the right thing. I wouldve never chosen it left on my own. Delivered the wrong mattress. Now I’m stuck with a mattress I can’t use. Very disappointed. Never again. Looking for a new furniture store to redo my living room. One star due to first mattress was faulty and they were nice about it.

We bought an expensive leather sofa there. It was (is) defective. Weve tried repeatedly to get them to send someone to our house to look at the defect and the Business Manager, Kyle, wont respond to emails, wont return phone calls and if you call for him, you are put on hold and he just never gets on the phone! Worst service ever!!!

Wilhite sold us a $5500 bed. After 1 yr. bed is sagging. They refuse to help with warranty issues. I would not recommend them to anyone.
