The 2 girls that work just before close were both very helpful and nice. They helped me find the best shoes for my aching working feet. I felt like I was treated with respect and care. This was a great experience to end off a great night. I will definitely visit again.

Decent prices, but not a good variety of boots that would fit a thicker womans calves. Was greeted as I came in but then was left alone with no help. Had to jump and reach shoes on top shelves by myself, also had to search for people to help price check as several shelves had no prices on them. Didnt seem like they wanted to help or really get a sale from me but when another woman in fancier clothing came in they had no problem helping her with everything. Was very disappointed in this. Doubtful I will ever come back for any other shoes again. Ive worked in customer service before and this is not how business should be done. Every sale should matter.

Both items I was looking for were not available in my size and the associate did not seemed interested in assisting me.

I went in bought two pairs of shoes they charged my card twice absolutely refuse to do anything about it the manager I do believe Crystal was very rude everyone that was in the store at the time when we got our shoes was very unhelpful and unfriendly very disappointed with the customer care

I wish I knew the names of the employees who helped me yesterday. (11-22-19) They were wonderful ! Thin, older gentleman & a thin, young lady wearing glasses.I had been all over town looking for a specific pair of Converse. I found them here but my size was out. I was bummed ! Without hesitation the gentleman looked up my size & low & behold theyre @ the Lake Worth location. I was thrilled !! He reserved them for me & I went to pick them up today. Im so appreciative ! No associate @ any other store I went to even offered to do that. Thank you !

Always having great sales, associates for the most part are polite and helpful.

Great selection of products and the staff are great. The Manager, Crystal, is awesome and always makes sure you leave happy.

Wife purchased 2 pair of sandals . Have a buy one get second 1/2 off . bought 2 pair of leather sandels she liked, price was good.

Good selection of shoes...athletic, flats, heels, sandals, etc. Helpful employees available to access the boxes on the upper shelves.

Went to store today & was not greeted when we came in-no employees in sight! Found the items we wanted, proceeded to checkout & my husband found an associate & asked her very politely if she could assist us with purchasing our items & she says in a minute, after standing at checkout for 6 minutes, my husband went back to the associate & asked her again if she could come check out our purchase, after acting like it pained her to stop counting shoes, she came to the register, it has now been 9 min standing at the checkout! This associate was not assisting other customers, she was counting shoes & writing on her list! The other associate came to the register now & proceeded to ask about a shipment, which completely sidelined our associate! After being asked if we wanted a 2nd item for half off & do we need socks-no no no, then we are asked if want to donate-no plz just finish so we can leave, we are then asked to round up our purchase by $5, NO we just want to pay & leave, since we’ve now been at the checkout 13 min, Toni(other associate) states that we have not been standing here this long & I inform her yes we have & she proceeds to start trying to argue with me! Really, you are starting an argument with a customer? Toni wouldn’t know how long we’ve been standing here, since she was pretending to be working!! Horrible service, not even offered a bag for our purchases! This is totally unacceptable behavior for a csr to speak to a customer this way! O by the way Toni was upfront straightening shoes & not acknowledging not one person who came in or out while we stood at the register for a total of 15 min!!! Probably won’t ever return, was one of our favorite shoe stores in town😩
