We had been happily using Gladden water, but they sold their business to Sparkletts in Spring 2017. Since the merger, weve had nothing but frustration from using Sparkletts. First, they switched our scheduled delivery dates without any notification, resulting in a missed delivery (no water delivered). We ran out of water and had to go buy from store; which is the entire point of a delivery service - not having to go buy/transport ourselves. After speaking with the customer service rep, who mentioned that there had been a lot of frustration with the merger, she set up three more appointments in their system. Being proactive, the day prior to my next delivery day, I logged in to my online account, and sure enough, they changed the delivery date AGAIN without notifying me. This is a complete failure to execute! The two reasons I am giving them a 2 instead of a 1 rating are; (1) the water tastes fine (if/when you get it) and (2) the customer service rep was friendly, empathetic and apologized for their mistake. Regardless, their inability to make and keep a delivery appointment and their inability to notify customers of changes to delivery schedules is inexcusable. Perhaps in the future, if they make the necessary changes to their computer systems - or their management - the results could improve. Nevertheless, at the present time, I cannot recommend this service. We have been very frustrated with Sparkletts lack of organization.

This company must encourage rude behavior from their drivers. I was called a F***ing privileged white b***h by a man that was driving a Sparkletts Water truck! Called the company & still have not got a response.

I requested new services for bottled water delivery and was on the schedule for the next week. I then waited 2 more weeks for it to be delivered. I called 5 times and was told I was on priority for the next day. No one in customer service seemed to care, they just left messages for the driver and his supervisor. They never showed so I called to cancel. I would not recommend this company.

The company starts out ok then just goes down hill from there. We were missed on our scheduled delivery and after two weeks of still have no water, but a lot of excuses we finally canceled our service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The water is good, but that is all!Danielle

Dont bother with this company. No customer service, empty promises, spotty or nonexistent delivery service. Weve been customers for 4 years. Theyve missed us completely for the past 3 months and numerous phone calls. We cannot get them to come pick up the bottles and the cooler. I doubt that anybody in that company cares.

We ordered new service and requested we be placed on a weekly delivery schedule.After running out of water, we placed an order online, which was never delivered, called our account representative and placed an order, which was never delivered, placed another order online, which was never delivered and finally, after cancelling our account, they attempted to deliver four 5 gallon bottles, 6 weeks after our service began.This is undoubtedly the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and purchase from Ozarka.
