I went in to pay my boyfriends cell bill. I stood at the counter for 20min. I wasnt greeted when i walked in and i waited without her saying Ill be right with you or anything. I was completely ignored until it was my turn. She couldve at least said Ill be right with you or she couldve taken my payment. It only took 30 seconds. I had the money in hand and i didnt want a receipt. Definitely glad i switched to Cricket a year ago.

Helpful and polite. Good selection of phones and the only Metro around that had the phone we were looking for. Nice store and very professional.

MAKE THE EXTRA TRIP TO FORT WORTH. The girl here tried to triple charge me for ONE phone. I go to fort worth, get the SAME phone, get a SECOND phone with the highest plans for half of what the girl here tried to charge me. Shes adding something for extra commission or something. Dont go here.

Well i read some poor reviews on this store. Usually they are given because of an isolated incident. One day i needed to go to a Metro store and this one was the closest to me. I was greeted by some smiling happy girls and it was clear to me they liked their jobs. The one young girl took care of my needs instantly. She was very professional and courteous as well. I could not see why these girls had poor reviews at all. They all were busy helping customers and doing an awesome job. I will keep giving them my business. There will always be that one customer somewhere that is never satisfied at all no matter how hard we try. They have vivid memories and make it a point to give good people bad reviews based on isolated incidents.

We went in the store to get an upgrade on my husbands phone because his phone broke. We were told we didnt have insurance on our phones when we pay 95 dollars a month including insurance for 2 lines. We switched from boost to metro and were constantly being charged for extras that we cant use. Whats the point of insurance if you cant use it when needed?

Just stop by there this afternoon to pay my bill and representative Sean told me I was an eligible for an upgrade and help pick out my phone and help me with right accessories for my phone at very good price I recommend everyone this store
