We were in town (Aledo) visiting our son and his family for his birthday and my wifes birthday is four days after. She has wanted an ice cream cake for years ( we didnt have a B&R in our town) and any other ice cream cake just doesnt compare to B&R, she had been wanting one for a long time. My son and I went to your store on Friday afternoon to order her a cake, we were lucky to find the cake maker ( I apologize for not remembering her name) there to help. I told her my wife is a chocoholic, she suggested a chocolate fudge brownie cake with brownie crunch layer in the middle with fudge decoration. We needed to pick up the cake the next day and she said it would be ready by 3 oclock which was perfect. The staff at the store were very kind and more than helpful. The ice cream cake was beautiful with the fudge flower and decorations and it tested awesome. Thank you for making her 70th birthday great.

Horrid experience. The ice cream is great there but the customer service is terrible. We were greeted by a friendly enough employee who was mopping the floor. The manager came in and asked if we had masks. We put them on. Yes, we know there is a mandate. Lights on the outside of the building barely let you know they were open. After we put on our masks we asked about the seating. There were tables and booths with signs on them about social distancing. We were told we were not allowed to sit. THERE WAS NOBODY ELSE THERE! We will not be returning. Restaurants are able to comply with the safety measures without being rude and unreasonable.

Ordered kids cone, strawberry banana smoothie and banana split. Theyre out of strawberry ice cream, fudge topping and multiple other toppings. Every time Ive come here theyre out of something. Service is slow. Ill never come here again. Tried 3 times. Im done.

First of all, do not visit the store after 4:00 on a Saturday: there will be no waffle cones or some of the premium flavors of ice cream. I ordered a sundae; but there was no whipped cream or nuts, even though the picture on their menu shows both. One of the Gallows extended a valiant gesture by providing extra doses of ice cream for my wife and me and giving us three free donuts, but the aforementioned constraints still there notice. Finally, do not attempt to enter without symbolic and ineffective facial covering: theyre militant.

I attempted to bring 3 kids to Baskin Robbins after school. While ordering at 430 pm everything i order they tell me they are out of!! How do you operate a business like that never return

Door dash messes up my order every time. I order from them and they just comply with my order w/out even checking with the facility to confer the order can even be completed. Do they check ahead to make sure its in stock?No! I get a phone call saying the order can not be completed bc of no purchased item(s).This is no fault upon the Baskin Robins/Dunkins crew. Ive seen what they go through.

Display says 3.99 for double scoop and if you get a double scoop a waffle cone is free. However, the ring up price is $4.99 and theyre out of waffle cones. Asked about the price difference and was told “oh yeah, weve talked to upper management about that and they dont care. It just rings up that way” Just like the employees dont care apparently.

Absolutely horrible service, inferior products from the Baskin-Robbins line. RUDE staff, took forever to produce 2 shakes that ended up being more like flavored milk than a shake. Seriously disappointed.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would.I order 2 banana splits, they are out of bananas, I order praline topping they are out of that, it seems like no matter what I ordered they were out of it....it’s probably lack of management, whatever it is we won’t be back here, wish I would have read the other bad reviews before wasting my time in the first place.

Doordashed some food from here ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough pizza and a quart of oreo icecream. They didnt have either. Change my order to an oreo pizza and chocolate chip icecream. They didnt have either. Changed my order to chocolate icecream and a mint pizza. They didnt have the pizza. Change my order to 2 quarts of chocolate and vanilla icecream. Wow really got that selection choice. Couldve just gone to the store. Really unproffesional dont plan on ordering from them again

Last 3 times have been out of bananas and Sunday toppings and even brownies . Out of numerous Icecream flavors and very slow Service last 2 times i have gone.

Says y’all open at 4AM, drive by at 5AM and everything is dark and no ones there. fix your hours. Really inconvenient when I and probably others drive out of their way to order from y’all and your not even open when it says you are.

Ordered a sundae, they had no toppins except cool whip. To top it off no spoons to eat.

Horrible! Had to pull forward and wait even though there were no other carts in the drive thru. Waited for a very long time for a banana split and a Sundae. When three girl FINALLY came out she clumsily handed it over the railing of the patio saying you better hurry before it melts hehehe! It was already melted before she came outside! We drive out of the parking lot and the BANANA split was leaking everywhere. Within the 2 minute drive home, in an Air Conditioned car, the split & sundae both were completely melted! My brother kind of ate/drank his split, which ended up containing ONE SMALL PIECE OF FROZEN BANANA and a slice of frozen strawberry! I had asked for extra hot fudge on my sundae and, beneath the melted whipped cream and ice cream soup, there was NO FUDGE AT ALL! B/R used to be such a treat, always delicious, USED TO BE! Its no wonder there are NEVER any cats in the parking lot! Im surprised that these type of standards are being allowed! Yall need a new crew & quality control!!I will not be back! BRAUMS has NEVER LET ME DOWN! Better service, better food & way better ice cream, hands down!

Lol I know its just ice cream but..I grew up w Baskin Robbins, every once in awhile you just gotta have a scoop of Pralines n Cream on a sugar cone! Out of my 6 visits they have either been out of Pralines n Cream, out of sugar cones or putting the ice cream away 45 min before closing. I was there last night and besides being out of what I wanted, some guy wanted a brownie something or other and they were out of brownies, his comment, how can you be out every time? They were also out of bananas for a split. They were also out of P n C hand packed quarts...oh I guess I should mention one morning I was there and asked for a cup of decaf and the girl didnt know what that was, lol..

Normally I like Baskin-Robbins, but they are always out of hot sauce. Today, they messed up my order, they did fix it & refunded my money, but the employees werent very friendly when I brought it back, as if it was my fault.

It seems that this particular location is always out of product, especially bananas. They should take the banana royale off of the menu cause they never have bananas to make it. I have way better luck at Braums.

Wish there was an option for no stars. This place is horrible. Visited several times and have never had a good visit. Never come in close to closing because the workers are so lazy they miraculously run out of everything so they dont have to serve you.

We went one day where they closed at 9:00 p.m. and we were there at 8:20 p.m. and the cashier said “sorry our lobby is closed” we asked if they closed that early and she said “technically yes” keep in mind it was only 8:20 when we got there so we were forced to leave because she was too lazy to clean up after we left technically we could’ve stayed until 9:00 p.m.
