Weve been in many times, staff is always super nice and helpful.... until recently when weve now twice dealt with one super rude lady. Luckily everyone else is still nice, so we can just refuse to deal with that one lady.

Ami is outstanding! She helped us find the PERFECT ring but wasnt pushy. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to.We also met Roxie (who I guess is the new manager?) And she was very cool as well. Feels good to go into a jewelry store and not feel like youre walking into a den of snobs.Will return, definitely.
This place is absolutely wonderful! I had to come into this store, because I was having multiple issues with another Kay and Dana immediately stopped everything that she was doing & helped me! She understood how frustrated I was, and she was very sympathetic towards my situation. We still have not gotten a resolution, but Dana is awesome & I know that she is taking care of it! I will never go to another Kay store again! Molly is also very nice & helpful! Thank you Dana & Molly!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and was able to pull up items on on our wish list. We made the final purchase on our wedding bands. We were well taken care of.
Went there to get my wifes chain fixed again. Roxy the store manager is absolutely the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer with them for 12+ years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars with this company. I will never buy another thing from them again!! How it is a customers fault that their employees did not do their job properly!! Prime example of ZERO service after the sell
I came to the store in February to get watches new batteries. No problem with the first one, but the second Ive come back twice to have the battery replaced and I was in Weatherford today so thought I go again. Told her the problem and she said that she would send it off to get an estimate for repairs but sorry their not doing that now. Sorry, have a great day. No real engaging with the customer or hopefully will be back to normal soon. Seems like everywhere you go now people act like they dont need to put any effort out for the customer. Being in management my response would of been we cant send at this time so I will refund you the one battery and check back with us in a month or so and we can get it taken care of for you. Little curiosity goes such a long way.

They need to learn to open the store at the same time every day I went yesterday at 10:30 and they said oh they dont open till 11:30 so I went there at 11:30 paid an outrageous price for some rings. Went back today to get them sized at 11:30 and they said oh we dont open till 12:00 they need to actually get some hours set standard. Because I drove like 20 mi and now I have to drive back.

I went to this location to buy an engagement ring for my fiancée, when I bought the ring I was told that after I paid it off I would have $200 rewards to use towards the purchase of the matching band, but when I went to buy the band another associate told me that I wouldn’t be able to use the $200 that I was originally told because the price of the band was one penny under the allotted amount that I have to spend to be able to get the $200 off. I informed her that I was told different when I bought the engagement ring, all she said was sorry and wasn’t even going to make an attempt to find away to honor what they told me so I walked out. I had also done business with the Kay Jewelers in Ft. Worth inside Ridgmar mall and they have always been helpful and done right by me, when I called that location and told them the situation they informed me right away that they could make it happen. I went into that store and they got it done and got me the $200 off that I was originally told and sold me and my fiancée on a custom ring for me. So I want to say thank you to the Kay Jewelers in Ridgmar Mall for retaining me as a customer.
