Your warranty is only as good as your dealer and if they cant take a tire off a tractor on the lot to put on your new tractor with a defective tire then you have no warranty. Over a week down over something so simple. Tractors arent purchased to simply look at. The sales staff also could care less about your business.
I bought a little utility tractor from these guys a couple of years ago. Recently it needed some repair work so I contacted their service department. There was some confusion over the warranty and as a result I ended up with a significant bill that included trip charges and labor charges that I felt I was unfairly charged for. I complained and thought those complaints had fallen on deaf ears. Today the manager at the Weatherford location contacted me and admitted that this could have been handled better by their store. He also refunded part of the charges making it a fair deal for me, which was all I wanted to begin with. So thank you Stuart. Plus, I get a sense after the conversation that what happened in my situation is being addressed and shouldnt impact others the way it did me. Ultimately, the store worked just as hard to satisfy me as they did repairing my tractor. I suppose thats all I could ask for.
The store and surrounding areas are clean and well lit. The staff was friendly, helpful and nondismissive. They had what we were sent after and the price was reasonable. My experience here was excellent.

The guys at United ag and turf are great they are knowledgeable and friendly. I work maintenance for a non profit and they are always quick to help us with suggestions and parts for our equipment.

I picked up a bunch of John Deere parts Id ordered. Had a question about something else, and they pulled up a view of it on the computer for me. I ordered one more part. They call when parts arrive there.I just was notified of their response to my review. All I can add is that they earned the good words I put in.Got extremely good advice from a tech on calibrating the governor. It has to be done perfectly. Got it!Best selection of metric hardware I know of around.

I have purchased a couple pieces of equipment from this location. The last piece I purchased had a few substantial issues that needed to be corrected. Prior to getting this issue resolved I wouldve given them two stars. However, I spoke with the sales rep that helped me, Stuart Totz, and things started happening. He was very thorough and followed up with me frequently to get my issues resolved. Because of his diligence I am giving them 5 stars. Stuarts attention to detail and customer service are welcome in a day and age where standing behind the sale seems to be lacking in many purchases. Thanks, Stuart.

Pretty good on stocking of accessories and nice facility. However, went to buy a new zero turn lawn mower and sales person was not very knowledgeable and in my opinion seemed to act as if this was a bother. Ended up buying another brand from another dealer. Maybe they were just having a bad day.
Started somewhat rocky but improved, completed work and were respectful. Only problem was communication one but this was promptly rectified. Appreciate the good attitudes and will return. Also sending my son who has been using a place in Rhome for his service. Ed Evans Mineral Wells

I took our lawn mower to be repaired here. I did not purchase it here. It was under warranty and I honestly expected to get the run around. But the Staff here went above and beyond my expectations. They always answered the phone and kept me updated on the repair. With this being busy season I expected it to be there a few weeks but it was in and out within about a week. Even with them having to order parts. I will only purchase from them here on out. Truly grateful to do business with people who appreciate customers or even future customers. Couldn’t be happier. Will not go back here for service - or anything. My husband drove our lawn mower into a ditch. The wheels were bent and we could not turn the steering wheel. Well they fixed that and returned my mower. They said it was the toe. I felt very lucky that is all that was wrong with it. My husband started driving it and noticed that it would not drive straight, it was pulling left. When he turned left, the front, left wheel was rubbing against the deck. So he proceeded to drive it only making right hand turns. So he then told me I needed to contract United AG & Turf as they did not fix the mower. I called for them to pick it up. Once the mower got to United AG & Turf, Jeremy basically called my husband a liar about the mower not being fixed. Jeremy claimed that it was only brought in for the wheels and it drove straight when it left (which they fixed the toe). REALLY? The steering alignment has nothing to do with the wheels. Jeremy said that the alignment was fine when it left and that my husband must have drove over something and broke the axle. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!! MY HUSBAND IS AN AERONAUTICAL ENGINEER AND WOULD KNOW IF HE BROKE AN AXLE. I wasnt expecting them to fix it for free, because my husband did break it driving in the ditch. I just should not have had to pay another transport fee since United AG did not fix it the first time. And they should have not basically called my husband a liar. Even the transport driver told me you have to watch out for the mechanics there as they dont troubleshoot, they only fix the obvious. Anyway, if you take something here, just know they only do the BARE minimum. I guess they make their $$ on the transporting fee. We are planning on buying excavator in the spring. We were going to go with John Deere but since this is how United AG treats people, I will be going to Ellis Equipment and purchasing a Kubota. #EllisEquipment #Kubota #JohnDeereDoesntCare
Called in with the parts I required. Friendly staff answered all my questions and directed me to a couple other things I should consider doing at the same time which saved me time and aggravation down the road. Had my stuff ready to go when I got there and I was in my way. What else do you want from a parts house?

After repairs I noticed that my riding mower was not cutting level. I phoned in and rather than taking my unit back in they came out and adjusted it at my house, even mowed half the front yard testing. Friendly, helpful service.

My husband and I needed to purchase a new tractor with several implements and tried to get them from Brazos Valley. My husband contacted them several times but had no luck getting them to return calls or help with what we needed. We ended up at Clark tractor in DeLeon and got great service. It was not a small sale, we purchased a 100HP tractor with several implements. It’s bad if you can’t get service after the sale but even a worse sign if you can’t get it before. Also need to add that he went to the lot and looked around at several tractors on the lot, no one ever came out to see if he needed help.Wes and Lesia Butler
