Replaced a gate and opening system. Seems to have done a good job, but we’re having trouble with the gate opening by itself during the day. We’ll see how it’s handled by Mike, but so far, so good on craftsmanship. We are pleased.10/8/19 UPDATE:Called them about the problem above and a week later, a repairman showed up. Paid $105.00 for nothing. Still the gate opens by itself. Called again on 10/3/19 and have yet to see a repairman. Beginning to think I was too hasty with my good review. Beginning to not be so pleased. What good is a company if there’s no customer service?!

This review is in response to the few customers that post negative reviews. I am surprised that anyone can post what ever they want in a review and it get posted without any attempt to get the companys input about any problems they are having with my company. We are disappointed that people stoop to this level.We strive to make all of our customers happy and deliver a professional service to our customers.

Buyer beware!!! They do not service their screw ups. 8 weeks, 5 phone calls and weve got you on the list. Give me a break. Not to mention their installations are severely flawed in multiple aspects from equipment selection as stated by manufacturer and installation in general. Surprised theyre still in business.

Happy to rate with 5 stars. Great customer service, workmanship, quality products and follow up support. Definitely would recommend this company.

Called for a quote on a job, while on site the employee started getting very aggressive yelling at my mother do you want your gate fixed or not. When confronted about the incident the owner (mike jett) said he cannot control his employees at which time I asked what kind of business cannot control their employees and allows them to yell at ladies? There was no answer.... They tell kids to stay away from drugs for a reason. Not only was the employee very rough looking and hyper aggressive (KICKING AND BANGING THE SIDE OF HIS TRUCK) so was his employer (mike jett) as well. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF THEIR SERVICES EVER!!

These folks seem to really know their job. Super friendly and polite.

Lazy! they would not come to my hm to give me a quote. How do know what I need if u cant come to my house!
