Clean equipment and Superior Customer Service

Regarding the Weatherford, TX branch although they were timely in delivering the equipment their after the sale customer service was deplorable when I disputed fraudulent, incorrect and unauthorized billing to my credit card without providing me with a formal invoice. They were completely unresponsive to my emails and phone calls requesting an explanation to the charges that my credit card notified me of. After a week of trying to get this Weatherford branch to respond, I resorted to calling the corporate headquarters that agreed the billing was incorrect and called this local branch directly. Later that same day I received a $300 credit back to my card. Take your business elsewhere. There are other equipment rental companies in Weatherford. There are absolutely no excuses for their poor service given all considerations. Their overcharging my credit card without notification, without an invoice and without returning my requests for an explanation is far more than a mistake and could be considered criminal.

This review is on an employee that works at this store. A United Rental 18-wheeler driver ran a stop sign directly in front of their store in Weatherford TX, just missing my wife and myself, all while laughing and throwing his hand up in the air. An action that could have ended far, far worse than it did. I preceded to turn around and go back the store to speak with management. I got to face this driver in person who completely lied about the happening. Calling both my wife and I liars about the incident. Management did say they would talk with him and I hope they do. Im not one to leave reviews however this individual’s total disregard for law and safety to others cannot be ignored. Having my CDL for over 22 years and managing truck drivers for over 10. I completely understand the complexity of driving these trucks and know firsthand there are too many drivers that think nothing is going to happen to them and they can be bullies of the road. I had the displeasure of meeting one today and he just happened to work here. So, as I said in the beginning this is a review on an employee from United Rental in Weatherford TX, not the actual store.
