The receptionist was very friendly and worked with me to get my bike taken care of. The mechanics were very knowledgeable and all came to share with me some help and tips going forward. Everyone seem very interested in what I had to say while I was there at the shop. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a motorcycle shop. I will exclusively be using these people for all future work I need until I move out of the area.

They spent well over a hour trying to find out why my front tire wouldnt hold Air! Charged me a half hour! Its been 2days tire is still up. Thank you!

Great people, Ive been bringing my bikes here for years. They work on all brands and models, brand new or really old and they back their work.I probably could do more of my own work, but if the choice is struggling to change a tire or dropping the bike off, its a no-brainer.

I pulled up and talk to one of the mechanics with a beard and long hair.. he was very rude never even stopped walking to talk just made a smart comment and went in the back. Not taking my bike there.

Very unhappy with the service received. My 15 year old son took his 4 wheeler in for a diagnosis. They called and said they needed to dig in more to find the problem and that they needed 2 hours of payment in advance. They tore it down, listed off the issues and refused to put it back together. My son payed with his own money (around $200) for a diagnosis and got his 4 wheeler back in a box. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Speed of service was reasonably fast for an extremely busy shop. Repairs were much more affordable than I anticipated. Will definitely be my go to shop for repairs.Honda Rubicon 4x4

I took my Harley to DRD for a fuel tank issue, there was a small hiccup but Dan took care of the problem without a hassle. Hes a great mechanic and has a good attitude to match. Ill be back and will refer people to DRD and Dan.

Absolutely the best place for older model rides to get serviced. Great customer service, great communication and more than fair pricing. I cannot highly recommend more.

Took an older Harley Davidson in to have it aligned so that it would run true, because it was pulling left when you let go of the handlebars. Ended up paying $213 for them to change the motor mount and say they did the alignment but the bike does exactly the same thing I took in for. It pulls left bad enough the front tire is starting to cup but the mechanic said that all bikes pull one way or the other. I guess that was the explanation for not knowing how to correct it. I cant speak for the metric bike mechanics, but I will not be going back.

Great locally owned MA and POP Shop. Motorcycle, 4 wheeler, side by sides, tires, and repairs. Very friendly staff and will go out of thier way to help you. Slightly on the expensive side but still FAR cheaper than any of the other shops around and much more pleasant!

Not many shops like these left where the techs dont have to have a computer to tell them what they know. Good work might take a little time, but in my opinion its worth it.

Nowhere else do I take my bike to get worked on. The guys up here are absolutely awesome

Just went in for an inspection but everyone is friendly and helpful.

Because i was very clear about getting a quote before doing the job and they went ahead and order parts and juat charged me up like 300 and something for neutral switches to much money

DRD is more than just a great motorcycle shop. They bring to mind memories of the first shop I knew back in the 60s. That place was all about not just great technical skill, but also friendliness, fairness, and the desire to be a great asset to local riders. You dont find that much these days in a bike shop, but you will at DRD. Id push my Sportster to DRD before Id have any other shop pick it up for free. Dr. Jerry K.

I am so thankful that I found this shop. Wonderful place owned and operated by wonderful people.

2 week lead time turned into 2 months.AFTER 6 weeks and 2 days you told me youd need money to start tearing into it, I brought you money on the morning of the 7th week to tear into it. 8 weeks and only being told that a valve might have dropped and you didnt work on it after you asked for money. No thank you.Was it bikes taking longer or sick staff? The story changes. Could have just told me you didnt want to work on it instead of wasting 2 months of MY time. You said 2 weeks originally, not a month. I called once a week, all I ever got was no didnt get to it I didnt get charged because you didnt do anything to it for 8 weeks!

Well I never give reviews but I must give one to them took my 07 softail in and had primary oil and trans change was been lazy and had clutch adjust oh and I am a little late doing this been it was last month but any way I will be back to have my shocks rebuilt

Dave even machined a new starter gear for me.No matter what lm charged here anytime l use them, Ill feel like l owe them more. Im convinced that these cats can fix anything.I CANT recommend these guys highly enough. Not only a friendly and skilled staff, theyll make you feel like theyve known you forever.I only wish l had the coin for them to do a custom build for me.
