The manager (unfortunately didn’t catch his name) has no sense of professionalism. While discussing pricing, our sales lady opted to get a manager as courtesy and to say hello. He Refused to come in and acknowledge us and was literally talking out loud “tell them I don’t care, I’m talking loud so they can hear me, I have another couple interested” while I understand business is business. That is EXTREMELY RUDE. It honestly felt like we were being discriminated against (by the manager only). I won’t speak ill of our sales lady because she was actually nice. We will be taking this to corporate.
Sarah did a fantastic job! She met us at the door and asked if she could help. We told her what we wanted and she quickly pulled up some cars. She was very friendly and professional and made it a very pleasant experience.

This was my first time buying a new car. I landed at Southwest Nissian where I met Jason F he had answers to all the questions i was asking. They had several rides that I was interested in. Jason had great knowledge about the sizes of the cars and was very informative. He helped explain the website where we found something i liked. He got the car delivered to the lot we were at in minutes and started working to get me in it. She very thoroughly explained all aspects of the offer and get me into a new 2021 Frontier. She was very professional yet personable in working with me. She was attentive to my concerns and answered all questions to my complete satisfaction. My experience was enhanced by the attitudes and helpfulness of all the people That helped with this deal; the sales manager, the finance manager and the used vehicle manager. This is the first car buying experience I have ever had where the people involved were doing me a favor rather than trying to sell me something they wanted me to have. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Southwest Nissan, and I highly recommend this dealership and the people there. I had my previous vehicle serviced here and do highly recommend them as well.

For years we have bought Nissan vehicles and have always used Southwest for service. Recently though, my fiancé purchased a 2021 Nissan Sentra from Southwest Nissan and continues to have issues with it. This will be the third time. It started before the car even had 1000 mikes on it. We have left messages and emails and have yet to get a response this time. We will be going on the second week with no return call. Pretty sad to buy a brand new vehicle fresh off the truck and not even be able to trust it to even get you to work and back home. Pretty sad that the dealership and service dept don’t really seem to care. Pretty sure with this being the third time with the same issue on this vehicle that the Lemon Law should be considered or should we just go ahead and call Nissan USA?

I like that this dealership in Hudson Oaks has several drinks and snacks to purchase.March 27 update: While waiting on an oil change I decided I might trade my car in for a Nissan Rogue. John assisted me through the entire process. It went very smoothly and he was very friendly, very easy to talk to and very helpful. I couldnt have asked for greater service at this Nissan dealership. Brandon and Mike were awesome to work with . As were a few others I had some interactions with. The atmosphere here was very down-to-earth and very welcoming . I drive from Burleson to get my truck serviced out here in Weatherford. Ray Harris and his service team are professional and quick. The service advisor was direct and walked me through my options. I have never been happier getting an oil change. The customer waiting area is fully stocked with water, coffee and popcorn for free... there’s also items for purchase. Seriously you won’t find a better service department or experience.

I assume it was done right. Got my car back and the top console is busted. Cannot prove Nissan did it. But was not broke when I took it in. Took over an hour and a half just to change the oil.As you see I got a reply from the owner of Southwest nissan. I called to ask to speak to someone about the incident like they ask they said they would have somebody to call this is a third day not her word from anyone.Thats how they do the work. I wouldnt recommend Nissan Southwest anyone. Supposed to call you never call you.

Same as above. Charge extra to replace serpentine belt when most was off to replace a/c compressor/ Talk about gouging someone ! 5 days to replace a/c compressor. Said I have a part on rear that needs replaced. Can not do 4 wheel alignment right without it being replaced. Well they just aligned iit a few months back said that part needed replaced After they aligned it . Would not recommend service department to anyone

Today we bought a 2019 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner and worked with Gauge the salesman and Ryan one of the finance guys. They were both awesome, but we spent most of our time with Gauge. He was respectful, funny and professional. We went in knowing we wanted a preowned truck, and Gage stuck to that and was not pushy at all. The entire experience was great and fast considering we were already financed through our bank prior to arriving. They did not mind that at all. Again, this seemed like an abnormal dealership for how smoothly everything went. Out of all the reviews and word of mouth about other dealerships in Weatherford, my wife and I can at least back Gauge and Ryan at Nissan of Weatherford. We were waiting with our defenses up and surprised after we did not experience one “red flag” of common dealership practices. We did do our research, we knew what to look out for before ever stepping foot on the lot, and we were very happy that we did not have to walk away or experience any sleazy tactics. These guys are solid. Wife and I are very happy with our purchase, and we definitely recommend them.

Yea so originally we were supposed to work with Tyler at the pre-owned lot, but he was already with a customer which was fine so Michael Slay was the guy that helped us. He was funny didnt make us feel uncomfortable he was very nice, showed us the cars that we saw on there website and my mind was already set on what I wanted and he really did work with us to get what we needed for our growing family which was the 2017 Nissan Rogue. The whole process with him was great. If youre going out there go talk to him.

John is an amazing salesman as well as the finance guy and manager. My complaint is that I purchased a car without knowing that my phone would not be completely compatible with the car I purchased. I notified John within 24 hours of purchasing the car. He mentioned that he would work with me and try to get me into another car with the features I needed. I don’t feel that my needs were put as a priority. I feel like they brushed me off until the paperwork was finalized so that I couldn’t make an exchange. It’s been a week and there is still no resolution. I reach out to the salesman every day, but he seems to always be too busy or with a customer. I am very disappointed with my overall experience due to them dropping the ball after the sale.
