Horrible customer service over the phone. Called office and spoke to a person but thwy never really identified the business then was routed to a call service! Called again multiple times and finally got someone but I had to ask several times if it was the actual business and not just a person sitting at home. Very strange. Lost paperwork sent to them multiple times.

Stay away from this company if you can. Lincare was charged with fraudulent billing in 2016...not to mention one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.

Bad customer service not open during business hours and not prompt on filling prescriptions for supplies. Dont use if you dont have to.

Receiving fraudulent bills 15 months after equipment was returned.
