Always a good experience here. Ive bought many sets of tires here over the last 10 years and will continue to take my business to them. Ive also had inspections and oil changes here. They are busy because they are good, so expect a reasonable wait time.

I love this auto shop! They not do all car work but most of it. Travis the manager has been friendly and always tried to save me money without sacrificing quality. Really I truly wish they did everything so I never had to go anywhere else.

I took a tire to be plugged. He said he would call me when it was ready. They closed and went home. No call. At 10:30 the next day l finally got my tire. They never did call me. They were very unfriendly and did not bat an eye when they charged me $22.70. I went to another tire shop. They said they charge $10.00 to plug a tire. I will not go to this place again for anything. I missed a days work while they took hours to plug a tire. There were no other cars there either time I was there.

Called for an estimate and was met with exceptional service. They were able to get the tires we needed ordered and in the shop the next day so we were able to get back on the road in essentially less than 24 hours. Highly recommend this team!!!

Not from the area we bought an old camper in Webb City. As soon as we pulled out with it the tires were flat. We limped it to the nearest tire place which was Reeves. They didn’t have our tire size in stock but they told us where we could get one nearby. They let us drop the trailer in their lot to get the tires after helping us figure out what size we needed. When we returned they were so friendly and helpful. They charged a very small fee to put the tires on for us and kept us updated while we were waiting. We’re so happy we were close to them. If we’re ever in this area again we would gladly go back. Excellent service!

I have always gone to Reeves for service on my Volkswagen. They are always are great to work with. Keep you informed on what’s going on with your car while they are working on it! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Out the door pricing did not include tax. They do you try to sell you tire protection. Asked for 2 but they installed 4 tires. Made it right, but spent over hour and a half getting 2 tires. The tires were in stock and the waiting room is pleasant. They are local and usually competent. If not for the miss understanding I would have given 4 stars.

Ive purchased two sets of tires from Reeves in WC - they are always so helpful in choosing the right product and jumped through all the hoops when I needed to make a claim to the manufacturer. I never have to wait long when coming in for a rotation and everyone is always super nice and polite. Great business to come to for your automotive needs!

Always kind, respectful and honest. The lobby is clean and smells like fresh rubber (a plus if you ask me.) And the services are always done quickly and efficiently. Reeves takes the stress out of going to the mechanic cause they dont try and make you worry about your car and spend 500 extra dollars for something that wasnt messed up in the first place..

Went for an alignment and they said the the ball joints were bad and a tie rod needed to be replaced and couldn’t do it. Charged me $20 for a “check.” Verified it myself later and they were fine. Took it to another place and they happily aligned it for me.

After getting my car looked over at the Ford Dealership in Joplin, I was told I needed to get my ball joints replaced. Not wanting to pay what Ford was asking, I shopped around and found Reeves Tire in Webb City. Not only did they quote me a much more reasonable price than Ford did, but when I brought my car in to get the work done, they informed me the ball joints were just fine. So I gave them my business and got my tires aligned and will go back whenever I need work done.These are good, hard working people that you can trust and will treat you right. Im very pleased with their service!

These folks have always been good to me and my family. I was recommended to them by a friend when I moved to the Joplin area and I have never been disappointed. They are always timely on their repairs. They have serviced my truck, my wifes car and my motorcycle all at this location. They quote a price and stick to it. I dont take my vehicles anywhere else. They always call me before they make a change or need to do additional work on something, Ive even brought them old, rotted dirty tires and wheels. They took them, put new tires on and accepted my business without rebuttal or hesitation. Great bunch of guys and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I do not work there and I have no ties with the business other than I am a loyal customer.

For a tire store you can trust, look no further. A local chain with a nice, clean, newer building, comfortable lobby, and knowledgeable, friendly staff. I took my car to a big-box tire shop & had a tire repaired, but when it kept losing pressure, I took it here & they quickly fixed the problem for a very reasonable cost. They offer many services. Access was okay (for being located on a very busy street), but parking seemed a bit under-sized -- or maybe its just because theyre always busy? which tells you something. (FYI the accessible parking is not fully accessible -- for some reason, the accessible spots are not located next to the striped area in front??)

I liked to say they went WAY above what was expected. I heard a grinding sound when I applied breaks and called to see if they could look at my breaks. I’m sure I talked to Jeff however I work nights and might be wrong. He told me he could get me in at 1pm I mentioned I was just getting off my shift (nights) and would do my best to get there. On my way home I pulled in to see if someone could take me home and bring my truck back to me when they were done this is where I met Dustin and with a smile told me they could and they did that. For this reason is why I give and will continue to give them my business. Thanks for helping a extremely tired person today.

Always helpful and fast. Theyll give you a ride somewhere if you need it while theyre working on you car.Update: They havent been as fast the last several times Ive been in. Theyre simply very busy, and dont have enough guys to keep up. Theyre still helpful, but you may sit a while longer.

I dont make it over there much as its on the wrong side of town for me! But recently I was on that side of town twice and had flats! They treated me like I was there all the time! Great service at a good value!

Absolutely amazing and friendly customer service in and out no matter what you are there for the only place I go for my alignment and mounting and balancing needs! The mechanics always make sure to keep your wheels in perfect condition never once had a problem.

They were quick and to the point. I went to have a flat fixed. My typical mechanic (he is on the other end of town) usually checks all tires even if I just tell him about one. But these guys did not and over filled the tire I had fixed by 11psi.

Webb City Reeves Tire installed a new alternator at a fair price and within 24 hours. They were friendly, knowledgeable gave me the best quote in town. Im six weeks out, and the alternator is doing great!

Took off work early to get there by 5:15, which I was, so I could get an inspection. They close at 6:00. Gentleman at the counter said they could do it, but it would be about a hour. I told him that was fine Because I needed it done and took off early to get here with plenty of time. After waiting a while, he come back out and said something come up, and wouldn’t be able do it after he just told me he could 10 minutes ago. Said the guy a the counter who is doing inspections is also helping him at the desk.If you need a vehicle inspection done there, I would suggest giving your yourself more then 1 hour to do it, and even then they may still change their mind and not do it.

I purchased 4 new tires in Sept at this store. Had tire vibration from the start. I brought the car back in 5 times. They would re balance each time with no results. I requested replacements, but was declined. 4 months and 4,000 miles later, I went to another Firestone dealer 3 miles down the road, and had new replacement tires in 2 hours. The front desk employees at this store need some formal customer training. I dont blame them, its always upper management.

Wow, you can certainly trust this company. Our RV trailer tire went flat and we saw no nails or obstructions in the tire. We took it to Reeves for repairs and they discovered it was only a valve issue. Grateful for their expertise and fabulous customer service. Thank you!

I was forced to stop and get my brakes replaced during a road trip, and found this place and choose it due to the ratings.The price was fair, and I was please with the service at that time. Less than two weeks later I had an issue with my brakes, and living in Chicago, I was completely unprepared and dumbfounded by the the response I received. The manager Oran (I hope I spelled his name correctly), was more than willing to assist me with the issue, and provided a level of customer service that I have never expected or received before.I would strongly recommend this place to to anyone. Thank you for far exceeding my expectations of the customer service is thought I would have received.

I have been going to Reeves for over 25 years and have always gotten the best of service from them. They are very knowledgeable about anything related to tires or suspension/steering. They are reasonable in their prices and always call if they find any unforseen problem. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else for tires or front end work.

I have been going to Reeves for a couple of years now. There is little wait time and they look over things for me. Being a widow and not knowing much about under the hood stuff. I came here over a year ago due to a brake noise. They found a small piece of metal in the brake, didnt try to sell me new brakes, and didnt charge for the visit. I returned today for more brake noise and repair because of their honesty before. I have had difficulty in the past trusting auto repair shops-thats not the case with Reeves.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The warranty i got was a very good deal.

These guys think they are jokers. But they just straight up played me. They did not pass the girl before me because she needed ball joints they said. Then one said they passed my truck barely because of a tail lightbut did pass. Then the other brought the truck around and said he didnt pass it cause a crack in windshield on passenger side it was over 4 inches, but the thing is Reeves Tire are the ones who have passed the inspections for many different years and these problems they picked at has been on the truck for the last over 10 years. Figure that one out. Maybe the DMV should know too.

The customer service used to be GREAT. When the Manager retired a year and half ago, their cust service went downhill FAST. They are rude and unprofessional. Now the Reeves Tire is Joplin, they are FANTASTIC !! It is worth driving the distance. Their cust service is well worth it.

I had used them as my mechanic of choice for about a year while living in the Northwest Arkansas area, I would drive to Joplin ( Webb city) and get my vehicle serviced there every time I needed a service to be done to my vehicle.Sad to say I live out of state and I can not use them anymore!

Ive used them several times for tire fixes and oil changes and I have always been so impressed with how kind and courteous they are. They are respectful of my time and very quick to get the job done. Recently, I needed a tire patch and happened to be grocery shopping I thought Id just let Walmart do it while I was there. Walmart said they couldnt fix it and I needed a new tire! Took it over to Reeves and they fixed it in 10 minutes. Not only are they nicer and cleaner than other places they are also more competent. I wont be taking my car anywhere else in the future!

I will be returning for anything else that I need done to my car they are amazing and the service was very good very nice people.

Visited Reeves Tire and Auto on a busy Saturday shortly before closing for a state inspection. The service manager did not have time or resources to help me, but did anyway. This is a place that got my business in the past and will in the future.

If you want to wait for over 2 hours for someone to change your tires and your oil this would be the place for you. Do not plan on returning here or recommending this place to anyone.
