Excellent service. Staff at this store are fast and always helpful. We always check three shippers (USPS, FedEx and UPS) and it seems like UPS runs the least expensive on medium and large size items, so we use them pretty often. Weve used many UPS locations, this store really is one of the best.

Because of prices of this location I no longer use UPS for shipping. After calculating online as well as using eBay calculator this store has always charged me much more than online calculations. The last straw was when I carried in a 6x6 box, identical to the 6x6 sold in their store. Told the employee the contents value was $20 and also stated I had also put some candy and a small stuffed animal in the box declaring no value of the other items. Cost to ship to Mexico was about $75. I told the employee it was not worth shipping and went to USPS. The employee printed me a slip if I decided to change my mind and use their services. After reading the slip, somehow the employee decided the box was 8”x8” and the value of the contents was $50. Final cost for shipping USPS $33.25.

So they charge you and extra amount to get Your package before 10 and because of Covid they said they can’t guarantee it but I’ll go ahead and charge you the extra money to get it there before 10 what does that tell you about UPS. And they don’t have the best service at the Webb City Branch just saying.

Customer service is above and beyond good! Even when Im not sure what I need with the errands my wife sends me on the store attendant usually does!!

I have been using this UPS store for many years. The employees are always courteous and helpful. Even if they are busy with another customer they always acknowledge the person who walks in. The store is clean and organized, and there are a ton of other products and services to choose from. I am grateful to have this store nearby.

I called to ask if they could bind a document. Lady says yeah, but not tonight and hangs up on me. Ive never been to this location before but because of one rude employee, I never will.

They supposedly attempted to deliver but there was someone at the house waiting on them and they didn’t leave any type of notification that they had been at our home. When I went to the Webb City location looking for the item at first they were unable to locate it and turned out they had listed it under a males account who resides in a different state. Very poor service all the way around.

The clerk was so helpful in every way. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there and look forward to using their services again.

Lucas was so nice! I actually had no idea what to do but he took care of everything and gave me a receipt just in case. The whole thing probably took a minute and it was done.

They dont know what theyre doing. Every time I have something sent, I miss it when Im sitting ten feet from the door in a tiny apartment. Yeah, either going to the wrong place or just not knocking. Who knows with them..

Most of the time the employees are rude and have no idea what they are doing. They always tell me that my package isnt there or they cant find it and the second I get home (20 minutes away) they call and tell me they have it. I hate missing package deliveries because I know I have to drive all the way here for them to tell me to wait 2-3 days for it to arrive there when I can clearly see it behind the counter. Hate this stupid post office
