Finally found tape to refurbish my tape-ins. No other locations have had these since May of last year. Sales associate friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She even showed me the icon on the back of my debit card showing that it is wireless technology enabled for payment at the POS device with a single tap of the card on the screen to make the purchase. No more inserts or swipes. How convenient!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My father patronized this store on 9/26/19. The woman working was incredibly rude and condescending. He was having trouble with the credit machine. She grabbed his card from his hand and swiped it. Then told him to press the green button to accept the charge. He told her her was having trouble seeing the green button. She reached over pushed the button and then threw his receipt and card at him as if he’d wasted her time. My father isn’t an emotional man however, this experience made him feel terrible. Customer service is your job ma’am. Being rude and ugly to older adults is disgusting. If you don’t like what you do move on. There is never an excuse for being mean.
