For years Big lots was my go to place for many basic items. They used to carry items like pencils, pens, copy paper & many other basic office supplies. Yesterday they literally had none of those items available. A lot of empty shelves too but I do realize thats happening everywhere.

Hadnt been in a year.. very disappointed. Prices have doubled, a lot of items dont have prices marked, and store is like navigating through a corn maze. Wont be back.

Not nearly as bad as everyone says it is. I was able to get the stuff I needed quickly.

They have good prices and a decent variety of items. Its a good place for some basic essentials. I get a lot of pet supplies and household items like trash bags and cleaning supplies. You can find other good things too, just not high end stuff. But many things are name brand so you know what youre getting. I tend to go here first if I know or think theyll have what I want because it definitely saves money.

Good place to shop at every once in a while. They have good coupons for rewards members which is helpful since it seems like their prices are higher than the used to be.

One of the better Big Lots in town and with good stock. The food items were better stocked pre COVID19 though. I still like the store but hope it recovers in this regard. You can also get inexpensive memory foam mattresses here under the Zoopedic brand.

There is a joke in my house that it’s my favorite place to shop, but it actually is. Close and quick location. I also bet you can’t walk in without one of the employees cheerfully saying welcome to big lots. Great prices for seasonal items and some everyday shopping items.

Great price on Keurig coffee pods. 96 for under $30.00 Thasts half off or more than the prices at the grocery store. Came with four fall flavors. Pumpkin spice :) PS. The Christmas stuff is already on display in early September!

This Big Lots was not as organized or well laid out as the 1 nearer our house. Did not find what we were looking for.

I like this store..everything is neatly stacked, arranged and spacious, they already have the Thanksgiving, Christmas and of course the Halloween Decors Items out on display and for sale... you get asked by them if you need any help in finding anything and at the checkout, the Cashier Clerks are very pleasant, they ask if you have found everything you needed and wanted as well as offer and invite you to sign up for their deals and coupons...GO BIG LOTS..LOLLIPOPS

Big Lots is the place to go to find almost anything you need or want at a great price.

I like the store. I typically go in for one thing and come out with 20. Quality health & beauty brands, a varying assortment of food items, pretty products, etc. Not all items are great quality, but the ones that are are value priced.

Big lots has no selection at all and the people that worked there were the rudest impolite people ever. The store smelled horable.It was like a cheap dollar general but worse when you first walk in you see a bunch of sodas not a good first impression I guess. I found nothing use full except having to go to the gas station to get a gas because Big lots was so far from my house. I hate it DONT GO THERE . You will come running back.

This is your marked down everything store! you never really know what you might find and the products change on a regular basis. For this reason, I usually dont go here with my shopping list. But its fun to just browse - I usually end of finding an assortment of things that are fun to try or I needed but hadnt gotten around to picking up yet. Check them out!

Greeted upon entering the store, asked if I needed help...clearly they have great customer service. The store was clean, organized, and smelled a fresh flowers.

We love Big Lots! The deals are spectacular. We just bought a whole outdoor set there for our new house. We matched up a table, chairs and umbrella - all from different sets. Theyre great.

I am not a big fan of the store, but I do like the price of the Sparkling Ice drinks! Wish they had a wider selection. The staffing has recently improved, so not having to deal with surly clerks.

Its a Big Lots. Not as nice as the newer ones out in West County, but thats pretty normal for the difference between refurbishing an existing building (which is better than building new buildings). I regularly go there to save on all sorts of goods. Im always surprised when Ive spent $75 or $100, but then I dont have to buy chips or jam or toothpaste for a long time. I like it that they get Toms Toothpaste and other higher end products, and when they do I stock up. Ive always liked Big Lots and this is a regular one, so its good. Ive never had a problem returning anything. I like it that they can keep a record of your purchase and email a receipt.

They never disappoint. With new items in store evertime I visit, Big Lots is the big box store of the future.

Prices are not as low recently

Since Big Lots moved from Ballwin earlier this year, this was my first trip since then. The Watson store is large but very cramped with space. Team members were pleasant and I made some purchases but store layout not as clean and neat as the store in Ballwin. I happened to be in the area otherwise I wouldnt have made the 12 mile trip just for Big Lots.
