Nothing but fraud from this place! Worked through Allstate to get repairs following an accident. They had our Honda 8 business days longer than quoted. They told us it was ready, but when we got there it needed more work. A few hours later it was to be ready again - nope. Waited a couple more hours then brought it home. It was then we realized how much work was done incompletely or just wrong.The quarter panel isnt fully fastened to the body. They used a right-side door hinge on a left door (hinge is obviously installed upside down and has a huge R on it rather than an L). Screws are missing from the two door panels they worked on. The sound deadening material and vapor barrier were pulled/cut off a door and never replaced. Broken trim wasnt replaced. The door close indicator switch wasnt working, so they just backed it off the door frame instead of fixing the door fitment issue causing the actual problem.I cant honestly believe a business is operated this way. Now we get the added bonus of this extra hassle on top of dealing with an accident.

Barbara ClacherI had a collision on front bumper and Service King did a great job of replacing the bumper and light and fixing the dent. The paint job wasgreat as it matched the rest of the van perfectly. I was updated by textthe progress of the service and appreciated the time line, fewer than 10days. I live in the area so it was very convenient for me to use this location. The staff was very friendly and explained every thing from start to finish. I would recommend this to others as my experience was excellent.

Service King perfectly repaired my daughters 2017 Jeep Cherokee. The repairs were done quickly, and you would never know the car had been wrecked. Very friendly, efficient and conscientious staff. Management was great!

I was very impressed with the work that was done on my Honda Civic plus the employees were superb especially Melissa who was a major help in keeping me updated on when my car would ready. I would definitely recommend Service King to anybody who needs a good body shop. Good Job Service King.

Went here for an estimate. They wanted to charge me for a whole host of repairs that would have been nice, but were unnecessary. When I spoke to them about limiting repairs to that which was absolutely necessary, the lady I spoke with became incredibly condescending. Dont waste your time here, especially if you are a young woman--they will look for opportunities to take advantage of you.

The shop worked with me to make sure all the parts were there and the shop time was scheduled to minimize how long I was without the car. They did a great job keeping me informed of the progress and actually finished a day earlier than planned. The repair quality was 1st class.I will return if needed.

DO NOT GO HERE! Even if youre insurance recommends it! Bogus quote and made up damages. My insurance said my car was a total loss because the quote was too much. I told them that I will take the car back and I will fix it myself. When I got the car back the whole front end was gone. They threw some of my parts away! They said my insurance would have to pay to have the parts put back on. Then they changed their story claiming liability if they put the parts back on. Truth is they threw some away so they couldnt anyways. All lies. No mechanics here. Just lazy people who put new parts on cars. Dont Go Here! I wish I could put the pictures on here. Good Luck.

Run far away from this place... where to start? I made the mistake of bringing my 2017 Dodge Durango to the Webster, TX facility 5/15/18, I finally get a call this afternoon that I may pick the vehicle up 11/29/18. Yes you read that right... nearly 7 months!! Aside from believing that the facility slow bled my insurance company all of this time instead of totaling the vehicle which in turn cost me out of pocket over $10k in auto rentals and paying for a vehicle that I dont have (I cant believe my insurance company would rather pay out that amount than total the car). My insurance company paid out almost the full cost of a new vehicle in the tune of $27-$28K!!! It gets better.... during this whole time getting HONEST or timely feedback from our rep Robert was impossible. Me and my mother had to call sometimes several times a day for weeks to speak with him, only to get lied to about the time frame it will continue to take to fix the vehicle. In previous conversation or should I say complaints to Robert I was told that given the length of time in fixing the vehicle and our financial hardship that the facility will work something out in regards to our $999 deductible with progressive. So I show up this evening to retrieve the vehicle, talk with Robert and the manager for a bit. Robert allows me to load up my children in the Durango in preparation to leave to tell me he cant let the car go with out my $1K. I remind him of our conversation that he now doesnt remember having, and he is firm with his response. So I get to unload my kids from the car to load them back into the loaner and come home. So here I am.... not only is this going on every review site humanly possible I will forever tell people to run from this place via word of mouth as well. I also plan to trade the car in as soon as possible as I dont have faith in their work, and would rather pull my own teeth out than to bring my car back under their warranty should something happen.

Where do I start??? Upon dropping my vehicle for repairs there was nothing wrong with my vehicle as far as the steering wheel, and no lights flashing indicating there was a problem. This was verified by a staff member at Service King who also stated that she took photos and videos upon arrival and there was no damage or problems with anything inside the dash. My vehicle was being prepared for delivery and I was called to pick it up. Immediately after that call another call was made stating that the steering wheel light is flashing and my horn, airbags, etc was not working. They said that being the damage was on the right side the insurance would more than likely not approve the steering wheel to be fixed. At this point I have maxed out my rental coverage because they have already gone past the estimated time of repairs. The insurance did not approve the repairs that mysteriously appeared after Service King had possession of my vehicle for over three weeks. So I finally picked up my car and what do you know?? Now I have another light in the dash indicating a problem. Not only is my steering wheel malfunctioning but also my emergency brake light is on indicating a problem. Later on today I found a cord just laying underneath the hood of my car that is about 6 inches in length and appears to have a fuse on each end, as well as the bolts on my fender have not been bolted back in. When I called inquiring about why is there another light on, all the lady who answered the phone could say was I dont know! This company is extremely slow, and apparently shady as my car has damage to it that it did not have when I dropped it out. They should change the name of this place to Service Dump.

We went to get a quote and the guy who came out to inspect the vehicle, Mike, looked at the car for 10 seconds and said $3800 without writing anything down. We said we were unsure whether or not we would be filing a claim with our insurance or paying out of pocket. He asked who our insurance provider was and then told us that they won’t do an estimate till we leave the vehicle with them, they take the car apart, and then bill our insurance company. We then asked again for a written estimate in case we chose to pay out of pocket and he refused because of our insurance company. After speaking with our insurance they have assured us that they have in no way instructed their trusted repair shops to refuse quotes to their insured. On top of the employees “didn’t want to be here” attitude he lied to our faces. Would not recommend...ever!

Despite all the bad reviews work was ok orange peel on clear trashes but no big deal the only reason i know is because i can fix it myself because my father works at an body shop maybe yall need to hire some better buffers customer service was ok came through insurance claim the only reason Im here is because my fathers shop do not deal with USAA . Service King should care more about customer concerns i wanted door replaced the rather get it fixed wow really!!!. I also noticed paint peel on my left fender like its been scratched an paint spot would be greatly appreciated luckily my father works for a body shop i can get it done there. Also car was not masked properly paint went through door molding what kind of painter helpers doyou guys have. Wont be coming back here anymore awful experience.

After having repairs done (having to return multiple times) at this shop, not only did they miss a bent tire rod - they left my radiator free floating under the hood (not bolted down), the headlights were not bolted back down, the fog light clips were broken off and just sitting in the hole, and the list goes on - please do yourself a favor and avoid this shop at ALL cost!

If you want your car fixed right and the first time, this is not the place to go. After 3 different times going back and having to go to my dealership they madeMePay for what thy couldnt fix. Which confuses meBecause the insurance co is paying due to the accident it was in. Very frustrating and customer service from Christy is horrible

Unprofessional adjuster or claims rep .Didnt repair lights on car, didnt repair, A / C, didnt secure mud guards on wheels, got chewed out by employee & hung up on phone all was working now no A/,C, lights at night are uneven, mud guards not secured, unprofessional personal & repairs, had turned in rental already with gas tank full, never again stay away
