First off, I was a professional mechanic for 15 years. I no longer have a shop and cant do my own work. I brought my BMW to Kauferhaus as the car had multiple issues..Carey did a thorough assessment of the vehicle and provided me with a list of things he found. He was excellent in communication and explaining what was found and provided recommendations. He was spot on and he made the recommendedrepairs. My car runs and drives like new. Husband called this business to see about getting a part installed. Mechanic was very rude and told him that part wouldnt fit. We already had a BMW mechanic with an engineering degree tell us this would for and would fix our problem. My husband asked the mechanic how long hes been a mechanic and his response was longer than you. This establishment has terrible customer service and will try to up-sale their services.

1972 VW TransporterFinding a good air cooled mechanic is extremely hard and after experiencing several bad mechanics, I was thrilled to have found Kaferhaus.The shop is extremely clean, cleaner than I knew possible for a mechanic, and in a nice safe location.Communication was amazing. I was always fully aware of the process and never felt pressured.From start to finish they were entirely honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and affordable! I would highly recommend giving them a call and seeing the difference for yourself. Even my kids love going to visit the shop!!!!They treat you like family rather than a customer.

Just stopped in to see about getting our cars worked on, we are a multi VW Audi BMW family, havent been so blown off and talked down to in as long as I can remember.Its as though I pissed them off by entering their premises.Such a bummer cause Ive seen the place forever and was excited to stop in.Looks like they do good work, maybe just a bad day, but I never post reviews and Im sitting in their parking lot writing this, Ill leave it at that.

This is the place to take your Bimmer (or any foreign car) for any work or maintenance. Dropped off my 2008 M6 that was having shifting issues. Your first crazy thought is the clutch or transmission is going (and thats probably what the dealership would tell you). Instead they reset the transmission electronics and it works like new again. They called us 2 times to update us on what they were going to do and one to come pick it up on the same day we dropped it off.I would recommend this place.

Was on my way home to alabama on monday morning, had spent a week in texas(Houston) visiting relatives and friends. Just as i got on I-10 at hwy 146, my 335i warned me it was hot, 10 sec later it said overheated shut off immediately. Now im on the side of i 10, its over a 100deg, 11 in the morning and im lost. Remembering the kaferhause in kemeh, i grew up in the area and i had passed it an hour before, i gave them a call and explained my predicament. Lady on the phone said dont worry, she found me a roll back, found me a nice place to stay close to food, said they would move me up and get me on my way. Fixed my car, called me several times during the day to keep me informed. When repairs were done came to hotel and picked me up. Outstanding!! To all at the kaferhause, thank you so much. My next visit to texas,will stop in to say hi, and guys lunch is on me. Thanks again. Top notch service
