Were very happy with our Shoremaster dock installed in July 2021. The installation was efficiently done in only a couple hours. The dock is securely set on the bottom of the pond - no wobbling,. The light, yet strong aluminum material will be will be easy to remove in the winter as required by our town. I highly recommend Lakeview Marine.

Brought my boat in for winter service and a fuel problem last fall 2018.Dropped boat in water in May 2019. Went about 10 minutes on a drive and the same problem happened as when I took it in for the winter check in 2018.Boat sat in shop for 3 weeks!!! $400 later I picked it up. Boat seem to run fine on 1st drip. Took boat out again for 2nd trip and the same winter 2018 problem happened again. Boat has been in shop going on 4 weeks now. They keep telling me that they haven’t looked at it yet and the will call when they know something. You haven’t found out anything in almost 4 week ?Here we are in August and I have been on my boat twice for a problem I brought it in for in 2018 !!!! Service department never calls u back!!!. I have to call 2-3 times a week for for an update with no answer. “I’ll call as soon as I know something”. Yeah right !!! Find another place for service

This is by far the best marina around North East area, I only wish it was closer because I live in NY and have to travel a great distance (over 3 hour drive), but its worth the time, great service, great and honest people. I used near by Bennington dealer marine and it was a disaster.I would highly recommend this guys for any of your boating needs

Purchased a new boat. Fall of 2015.They service and store it each year. If could move them closer to where I have my boat...I would. Update: dropped off the boat today, didnt have an appointment and they were short on space. I dont think they will do it every time but they did today. I appreciate accommodating customer service. Great place.

A lot of things to choose from, for boating and safety on the water,very organized for a small building. Located on Thompson road in Webster, Ma.

The owner, Rory, is egotistical and NOT attentive at all. The service manager, Sean, never picks up the phone and has an attitude problem. Stay away from this marina if at all possible!! Now in your response, you pretend Sean doesn’t exist? Sean is the person I have dealt with in service, I’m not sure he is the manager, but he is the rude one, who never answers the phone. And Rory is always rude. There’s nothing further to discuss, your Marina is horrible, anyone looking to use your marina should know how bad it is BEFORE going there!

Had defective fuel pump replaced and took it out. Left trail of shiny oil in lake. Since they replaced the fuel pump I looked there first. They forgot to put gasket on. Ordered gasket and did it myself. Should have just had them diagnose the problem and fixed it myself and saved a lot of money on parts and labor. Lost a few days of use waiting for part from Amazon.

Called for a part 5 times put me on hold all 5 times then when the phone finally ringed again went straight to voice mail that’s two days in a row guess they don’t need my business I’ll take my money elsewhere 👋

My husband took his bass boat there to be serviced and they left it uncovered in the rain. The plug was still in the boat, and it filled with water and ruined hundreds of dollars worth of fishing lures. If he had know they were going to leave it out uncovered he would have gone there and took care of it. It would have only taken them a second to call him. When he said something about it they were unapologetic and did not take any responsibility.

I have had two interactions with Lakeview in the last two years. Both times the staff went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. I look forward to doing business with them again soon.

Advertising boats for sale that were sold, or nonexistent to get you in or to call. Terrible hours 9 to 5 except on lunch, except on break, no Mondays, and oh ya then when you’re a one man band being out on the yard. Tough to run a business with one sales guy! First email they respond to after that forget it. Hire a salesman there has to be hundreds around. I was looking at around 30 to drop on a boat and trailer NOT HERE !
