Barnes & Noble is the best big chain bookstore 📚📖 in town. Large variety of books. If the book youre looking for is not in store, they can order it for you. There is a movies and music space. There is a variety of magazines. You can grab a drink at the Starbucks as well. If you read books or looking for a puzzle, board game or movies and music this is the place to go!

Stopped by this shopping strip and were pleasantly surprised to see a Barnes & Noble, so checked it out. There were wide aisles and open spaces so it was welcoming and easy to browse any items. Staffers seemed attentive to all customers.

Book stores are my favorite places, and Barnes and Noble does not disappoint! I love just meandering down the aisles and seeing whats new. Theres something for everyone here! I always go into the childrens area to check out the stuffed animals and childrens books. Brings back happy memories of when my children were little!

Good selection of books still, but the misc items and gifts have dwindled....service was friendly and check out was quick.

It was the largest computer and coding section i have seen in a while. It was nice to get back to an actual bookstore

While I normally LOVE Barnes and Noble, todays visit was subpar. The older gentleman at the information desk knew exactly where the book would be, which is where it should be (in coloring books), however took us to the photography section first saying this is where they put it, and muttering about it being sold out.Im all for getting my steps, but I dont want to get distracted in my favorite store by all the stuff when Im on a mission. It took 10 minutes to get there, where the guy knew it wouldnt be... At both locations

Great selection of educational books but pricey and can find them cheaper elsewhere. Check out their deals in the front to the left when you walk in! Love the sales and clearance!

Great customer service. Employees are very friendly and nice, willing always to help. Big collections of activity and coloring books for adults. I always find great bargains for my kids in the clearance area.

A charming location for sure. Friendly, helpful staff who were willing to work with me on my specific book inquiry. Great selection with titles and other items I haven’t found elsewhere. Glad to see work ethic and care for product like this still exists.

Its been years since I have visited Barnes & Noble. I have always enjoyed their displays. Once you walk in, you were instantly greeted with books on either side of you. I instantly started checking them all out. Once in the main store, there is plenty of room to wander, which is great.There was a spinning rack full of mini-books that I thought were awesome and grabbed my attention immediately.I normally go to Half-Price Books, but decided to take a peek in here just because it had been so long.Besides for the sheer size difference and the obvious larger variety of books, games, and gadgets, I also noticed that the Barnes & Noble employees were there to work. Which stood out as a stark difference in comparison to the employees I encountered at Half-Price Books just moments before.In comparison, I spent 1/20th at Barnes & Noble what I spent at Half-Price Books, despite the fact that Barnes & Noble has a loyalty program (that I in fact learned about at the check-out in addition to a membership special they have going on right now, thanks to my cashier).

They have rearranged everything. But still fun to go and find new books to resd.

Super helpful and friendly staff- I found a book that was slightly creased in an area, they offered to order me a fresh copy or provide me with an appropriate discount- excellent customer service! I ended up buying two additional books. Ill be back!

Newer layout and great selection of books and games. Always like shopping this location. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the store. Aisles wide enough to browse based on your favorite category.

People were very helpful and coffee/tea people will be happy that Starbucks is attached and able to shop at without leaving the store.

They have all the manga that any anime lover could need or want!!!.... Ive caught up on My Hero Academia... now Im on vol 12 of Demon Slayer

Went there yesterday to buy a game listed as in stock online. The past couple of days I’ve wasted my time at other businesses whose website showed they had a product on-shelf but when I went there they didn’t. Very frustrating.I couldn’t find it on the shelves so I asked for help. Sam assisted me, looking through the back room where it had arrived but hadn’t made it to shelves yet. He was unable to find it after searching for some time. I left, again frustrated as I don’t have a lot of time to shop. As I was driving out of the parking lot, I could hear someone shouting behind me. It turned out to be Kevin who was helping Sam look for the game. He was coming out of the store waving the game they had found. I parked, went back in & bought it. End of my quest.THAT was some customer service. I ALWAYS have a good experience with the employees shopping at B&N.

Nobody around to help you with what you need. But very nice store and lots of selections!

Books are my addiction so a bookstore is my favorite place. It is easy to find what you are looking for at B &N. The staff is friendly and helpful. I do miss the comfy chairs so I can spend the day with a stack of books to review prior to purchase.

11/11 and it is another fine American holiday today. It is Armistice Day otherwise known as US Veterans Day. Today in Webster Barnes and Noble, I have some time to check out there stationary and also their nice vinyl section in the music department. Yes there is a need to write actual letters to some people during COVID. And vinyl never gets old for me. At present in late 2020, there are no attendants there in mid November, so reserve your questions until the roving representative makes his way back there to check on any activity in the back of the store where the music section is located. That is until their management hires enough seasonal staff to assist customers during our year end festivities!

The cafe is separated from the retail area by sensors - so no bringing books over to leisurely browse while sipping a coffee.Other than that, nice shop.

I went to do inventory. I really like B & N. Theres just so much to look at. The store associates are pretty nice also.

Fantastic selection of obscure books or anything a soccer mom or SciFi junkie would want to read. There is an entire wall of magazines for those like me that still like having hard copy print to read. Just dont bother hitting the magazine section if youre a musician. Youll be very disappointed.

Wonderful selection, but too expensive. I wouldnt mind paying $10-$12 for a book, but the reality is lower priced items are $15-$25. I cant afford to walk in and buy 4 books for $100

One of my favorite locations. Only downside personally is the randomness of manga. It always seems like every edition is there except the first one for every series haah

Always a good place to buy a book. At the store safe distancing and mask rule is inforced.

The information desk lady found my book quickly and politely. Then, when I realized that Id forgotten my wallet, the checker suggested that I could pay with my phone and he was patient while I figured out how to do this. It worked! He wrapped my book and I was on my way. It was a great experience. Ill be back.

I love Barnes and Noble but upset they took chairs they could have spaced them 6 feet apart so ppl could still sit and truly decide on purchases.

Good place to go and find books... have some peace on that place. They have nice couches too... so its a good place. Has also nice area for kids and also a play zone. Have a Starbucks with it. Its a good place to find a book you are looking for.

Their supply of nursing books was almost non-existent. No help desk, they were closed and older man, who appeared to be a manager simply said “ Whatever I have there is all we have”. He didn’t offer to search their system for where the books I needed were, just walked away. Pasadena store has much better service, they are always so much more helpful.

You have to look every where for someone to help you.

And sometimes I dont go to buy but just browse around with my Starbucks in hand. This a big B&N, with Starbucks attached and accessible from inside the bookstore. Its your typical bookstore, but this place does a great job of shoving very left leaning books in your face. Its obvious which slant this location has, because this is one of the most politically charged Barnes & Noble stores Ive ever been to.

Every employee there is very helpful and friendly.

I always love going into Barnes and Noble. Theyve rearranged a bit since I went last. The Starbucks is not accessible from the store right now so you will have to walk around through the outside.

I mean mostly I just love being around books. This is a good spot for it.

The African American or black section is in the back of the store labled as social sciences and shared with the native Americans and women and gay rights. Extremely disappointing and disturbing that every book i requested was not there and would need to be ordered, or was in the back which of course their staff couldnt find🙄😤🙁

Excellent place to find your next best read. Im an avid reader and have been reading from my Kindle for the past few years. I recently picked up a paperback and well, there is just something special about holding an actual book and reading it that is not there with an electronic reader. I picked up Imaginary Friend by Stephen Chbosky and it is gripping from page one. This bookstore is huge, and the staff is friendly. The only issue was the party parked in the aisle that didnt allow patrons to pass, other than that no issues with the facility itself

Good food at good prices, but last time I was there, the guy rolling out crusts touched his face (forehead area) then started rolling crusts again.
