5.11 Tactical is my FAVORITE store!Its pricey, but worth every penny! The quality of the clothing is top notch.The store is always perfectly clean and organized. Its always just an all-around outstanding shopping experience.

Great shop for clothing and gear like tactical bags and such. If your looking to use your military or first responder discount, save the trip and shop online though. They do not offer it in-store.

This store is awesome. 5.11 tactical is a well known brand and they are known for quality. They carry a wide variety of clothing backpacks. The people that work there are great. They are very knowledgeable. The store is large its clean. They have a giant Inventory. And their prices very competitive if not cheaper than what you find on the web. Its nice to be able to go on a store and try on a pair of pants see exactly how theyre gonna fit you. Its a place you really need to see For yourself.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Great products but I will never come back to this location. The staff wasnt helpful at all and they were extremely rude. Very disappointing experience!

The worst customer service!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere. Went in to purchase a $349 piece of luggage and not one employee could be bothered to assist me. There were a few just standing around....they watched me, but never offered assistance or even a greeting. I left without making a purchase.

Good clothes and boots.

The store is very clean, and the employees are equally helpful. Perfect place to find womens pants that fit correctly and have lots of pockets without looking like mens pants. It can get pricey, but if you shop the sales they have great deals. $75 pants for $15.

The cloths are well made, fit well. Prices are ok for cloths of this quality. The thin blue line stuff is kinda ghey. But the normal stuff looks nice

Really neat place purchased a couple clearance shirts was greeted upon entry told him what I came in for its a new item not fully up to stock yet so probably will order on line did spend about 1/2 hr looking around for some of what I had seen on line pants really sh /be bought in store the material feel etc radically different than my perception on line did find a couple diff pairs I will be happy with I will go back 👍😊

Ive been shopping at this locations since it opened. They have very friendly staff, always eager to help. The products are great, but in MO, no matter how great a product is I will not shop if customer service is not on point!

Very knowledgeable staff and very professional customer service. Bought some boots last year and came back for a shirt, cap, and belt. Ill definitely be back.

Great store. Friendly staff. If you are shopping here or looking it up, then you already know what they are all about. The only flaw that I have found is that they do not sell the tactical kilts in the store. They are only available online when they have them in stock.

Great quality for a fair price. I have pants that have lasted through five deployments in ten years.

I was surprised that 5.11 Tactical had a brick and mortar store although I was familiar with their website. I happened to be in the area when I drove by the place and stopped in. Very nice place inside although not much to look at from the outside.

Walked in with only a few guests in the store. Employees at counter with no greeting and nobody ever approached you to see if you were looking at anything in particular. Actually at one point was eyeballing a fixed blade benchmade knife and the gentleman behind the counter just there head down pricing items never said a word. Left the store without a purchase and probably wont ever feel compelled to revisit.

Very rude manager! I called customer service and they apologized and took care of my issue. Will only order on line in future! I will let all my teammates know about the poor service!

Weve been eyeing a particular knife & sheath for a bit. Walked in today to find an Active Shooter class, put on by Brian Stutes. Maggie from HDQ in California pulled it together.Hubby has training, but I dont. I was a real Lamen, but came out thinking of how much more prepared & useful I can be because of the 2 hours of instruction. I want more classes. Its 3 stars to me, but may be a great store for you I thought it was a store similar to r.e.iBut seems to be a little more specialized . It does have nice things its very clean and the people are very nice
