If you want patient care go to an actual optometrist. these people just want money, had an issue when misplacing a contact (now experiencing headaches and haven’t been able to properly perform daily tasks) and they wouldn’t give me a lens close to my rx because they “weren’t doctors”... even though they supposedly work with one. But overheard one of the ladies say that ordering those trials were expensive. I’ll just take my business somewhere else, this experience has not left me wanting to renew my Rx here once it expires. Thanks.

Let me just start off by saying THANK YOU a million times to Giselle, I spoke with her over the phone after someone stole my glasses and she was super sweet and extra helpful! She saved me a lot of time and energy by making this an easy and fast process. While Target Optical is a little bit more on the pricey side for frames, I’d say the quality is worth it and obviously the customer service is too! That’s why I’ll be returning for all my vision needs!

Fast and easy

AVOID this place completely! Go to the Americas best. The exam is cheaper and the glasses are cheaper. Told me one price and then went up over $100 when I got done with the exam. I even checked with the lady to be sure of the price before I took the exam and she said yes. And then after the exam said no thats not what I meant. Pretty sure I just got scammed by these people

The two girls that work there are wonderful. They are helpful and very friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
