I went in for a simple oil and filter change. They had a price on a sign outside of $19.90They had two prices inside of $21.90 and $35.00 They charged me $45.00 for the job. I am so angry and will notify the attorney generals office and better business bureau of deceptive business practices

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!this place is a total scam they will fail your inspection expecting you to let them fix the made up issue.

Worse customer service I ever had. No cars waiting for inspection and yet had to wait for an hour to be served. To end up with a reject sticker for having the original tow hitch on rear bumper. Then come back to get inspection and had me waiting for another hour to give me my inspection.

Broke my truck trying to pull the column shifter then refused to help me stating he was too busy ...this place is absolutely horrible STAY AWAY

Failed my car upon inspection. Tried to get me to pay for brakes on a car with 20,000 miles on it. Took my car to another station 20 minutes later and passed. Went back for an explanation after passing and was screamed at by the manager and the owner Bob. I left there in tears and out 35.00 for another inspection sticker.

Went in for an inspection and failed for breaks and exhausted leak so i fixed everything that was wrong and and went back only to be failed again. This time magically in the span of a month and a half i fail for tires, whipers, exhaust (that was just replaced). In the time of the first inspection i did not drive the vehicle so how is it failing with all these so called issues now but not the first time??? It makes no sense to me what so ever so i brought it to the guy i usually go to and he went through everything and told me there is no issues and everything is passing. This location will screw you i seen them stomping the gas pedal for 15 seconds at a time making it sound as if my vehicle was going to explode. I will never use them again and i advise you do the same!!!

Bob worked on my 2011 BMW about 6 months ago. My car now is faster than when I bought it in 2014. I dont know if he is inexpensive or not but his WORK IS SOLID!. I read stuff from others posted here about Bobs BP, how petty.

Advertised $19.99 oil changes but was really $25.95 plus tax. They said that the $19.99 was only for an oil change while the $25.95 price was if you needed a new filter too. Also left oil around the cap and didnt bother removing a leaf that got stuck on the engine during the process. Cashier was nice but other than that I wasnt a fan.

Staff are pleasent. The main reason I go there is i like dealing with the head mechanic Bobby. He is down to earth and knows his stuff.

They are great quick and very understanding their prices are also pretty low compared to other Mechaninc shops in the area

He likes to fail you for inspections and try to get you to pay him for work that you don’t need done

Ive been getting stickers for 35 years. This is easily the the worst place Ive ever been.Fail me because my headlights are pointed to low??Then offer to adjust them for $50. bucks.What a joke!!

Absolute crook. Wanted to charge me $50 to change a bulb saying he had to take the whole assembly apart. I declined he rejected my inspection. Went across the street bought a new bulb for $8 replaced in three seconds. When confronted he got angry and said I was lucky I was able to do it that way. Absolutely a thief. No need to change bays and pulling assembly apart for a freaking lightbulb.feel bad for all those people that dont realize how easy something like that is.

Tried to sell us a 150$ part when all it was was unplugged not honest at all and wanted a deposit for the said part I went to a few junk yards gt one went to put it in after he said what it was I went to put part in that part wasnt broken he just went with its broken after he had car for 2 hours anyone come here I recommend a second opinion

Give me a red R and doesnt explain why. I had to ask and then they told me and my HID headlights were LEDs and thats why I was failing

Horrible experience. First they tried to charge me 50 dollars to clean my headlights then gave me a rejection sticker. I cleaned them myself for free and went back to get my sticker. They had me waiting over an hour and a half then told me I needed to come back another day because there machine was down.
