I feel like they bought all of their stuff at the end of a year sale and marked up the prices. They have similar or even the same items to spirit Halloween for more money. And the blow ups are really cool but again cheaper at spirit it At Home. I found the exact thumb stones at the dollar tree so instead of paying 4-6$ for one you can get them for 1$I probably would have bought some props because they had some unique things I havent seen anywhere else... But nothing worked... Maybe they are still setting up I wouldnt know... No one helped me... Maybe Ill try going back in a few weeks to see and give them a second chance but not too sure...

Walked in, no employee in sight. In back of store found 6 employees standing and talking. Not one person acknowledged ANYONE. Almost run down by a skateboarding EMPLOYEE, yeah skateboarding and sweeping the floor on Saturday. Not very smart or safe Me and my money went elsewhere

They’ve stepped their game up!

I bought a costume for my son that he loved the day we bought it. After going to school he came home and changed his mind about what he wanted to be. Thinking I would have no luck I went into the store anyway to see if I could exchange it out. To my surprise the manager was really understanding she spoke with my 7 year old son about what he wanted to be I have never seen him open up like that with a stranger. She was extremely kind. I was surprised that she took the time out to talk to him about what he wanted to be. She did exchange the costume out and told me she would hold the old costume for a couple days if he changed his mind. I never expected this level of service.

The management was so rude. She was yelling at customers, making rude comments, and being completely disrespectful to every customer.
