Update: we purchased a mower on Friday. Before we left, Russ said that it would be loaded on their trailer Monday morning for us to come get. Fast forward to Monday morning: the mower was not loaded on the trailer, we had to strap it down once it was on there, it had no gas in it, and he didnt even remember why we were there. Dont promise to have it loaded if you have no intention of doing so. Also, how hard is it to simply put some gas in it? We will NOT be going back.They were very knowledgeable and Russ even had coloring sheets to entertain my little one so we could hear about pricing and other things. Customer service was great.

This facility is under the Regional Manager Brian Serelle. I originally bought my Kubota tractor from him about 8 years ago. Since then I have purchased many items from his store in Webster, Texas i.e. Rhino brush hog, grapple, post hole digger, stump grinder, trash pump, and a bear cat shredder. I have had zero problems with any of the equipment and used it them in a tough environment.While there are many places to buy from, Kubota stands up to toughness. But what brings me back over and over again to the same place is customer service. These are the guys you want to deal with if youre buying a mower, a tractor, or anything to make your property more beautiful. I had two 5-star experiences here this week. First, I called Russell to get a 42 inch zero turn mower last Thursday. He tracked one down for me all the way in Splendora. Then, on Saturday, even though they were closed for Labor Day Weekend, he came up to the store do the paperwork for me. He knew how much I needed that new mower. He went over the contract with me thoroughly, showed me how to operate it, made sure that I felt comfortable before I left. He didnt rush me at all because of the holiday. I gave Lansdowne-Moody 5 stars not because I bought anything there this trip. I was looking for a lawnmower battery for my generator after stopping at a couple of auto parts stores. The auto parts stores didnt have the battery I was looking for do I thought Id have a better chance at Lansdowne-Moody. They did not have the type of battery I was looking for, but they were more than helpful in pointing me in the right direction of a place that has all kinds of batteries! And for that I give them the 5 stars.

I am a new tractor owner, with very little PTO attachment experience and no way to pick up the attachments I purchased. Russ was awesome from start to finish. Webster location kept my mower for over a week.They did not do anything I brought in in for, oil change, transmission oil change, lube or grease and change blades. Instead, They tell me the engine is blown and it will cost $4,430.70. No way, I drove it in and I drove it out. They charged $125.00 for that scam job. My mower in now at a private mechanic and it will be running me under 100.00. All I needed was three gaskets. Webster techs are incompetent, liars and cheats. I couldnt give it zero stars but one is the worst. Would not trust these guys.

The worst services I ever got by nowI purchased tractor and was happy but when i had to repair their service turned to so ignored... no phone call information and just have to wait its getting now almost one month pending...this is not fun

Had a great experience at the Webster location. Russ Humphries was informative, accommodating, and professional. The time Russ spent with us to buy our first tractor showed us he was genuinely interested in getting what we needed to meet our needs and not more. Additionally, after the sale, Russ provided assistance and even more information on use, hauling and maintenance ; all showing he was focused on customer satisfaction. Would NOT hesitate to use LM and specifically Russ for future needs.

This is for the Webster location. I brought my older Honda lawn mower here to be serviced after it was drained and stored while I was stationed overseas. The service rep was very polite and friendly and she told me it would be around $100 and take about 7-10 days to have my mower serviced. I called around 7 days later to check on the status and was told they were going to replace a wheel (my suggestion when I dropped it off) and a cable (which had to be ordered) and that the new total price was going to be roughly $150 walk out price. I agreed to this and waited for them to finish the job. I then called a week later and was told it should be ready soon (possibly early the next day) and they would call me as soon as it was done. I waited another week and called them back to find out that it would be ready the next day, but it was now going to cost $355. I was told that the company that drained my mower originally forgot to remove a bolt from the carburetor and that it needed a thorough cleaning (at $99/hour labor rate). The service manager did work with me to reduce the total cost to $283, but seemed to not understand why I was so infuriated with the charges. If they would have only contacted me and given me choices, I would not be as upset with their service, and most likely I would have just traded that older mower in for what they would give me towards a brand new Honda mower. I do not understand how a company thinks it is fair to quote you one price and then turn around and charge you 3.5 times that rate and not try to contact you about it. I will never return to this company for any services in the future.

We bought the spare part they needed to repair a rental unit. A bracket that broke while mowing an open flat field. Tells you what to expect going forward, shame as we really wanted to switch from Exmark.Small Update to this, bumped up the rating due to some last minute salvaging by manager.

I took a mower to be fixed payed through the nose for it ..I got it back and it was still doing the same thing ...their shop and the old shop manager or head shop guy wasnt very good at all took mower back and finally got it back after 3 months

Service department definitely need step up, returning calls about machine status and speed up diagnostic results. Every time machine is inyour shop cost money for someone or any company. 5 Months old SLV75 oil leak issues.

I had been looking into a new tractor for a few months, researching on the internet and talking to dealers. Stopped by Lansdowne-Moody to check out the Kubotas in person. Met with Russ and we discussed what I would be using it for arrived at the model and implements to use out on our land. Ended up purchasing a L3901 with front-end loader and brush cutter. I needed a tire fixed/replaced on a Kubota tractor so I stopped in to get help. The service guys were extremely helpful but the tire has a split so they sent me to parts and Rita. Rita is also a gem! The new tire will be in tomorrow and I will be back to get it on Friday. They have a new Kubota Sidekick, Echo walk behind string mower, and Stihl chainsaw I want now.

Took my Kubota zero turn in just for service, oil change, spark plug, filters, blades, etc. My tractor was working just fine before I took my mower to Lansdowne Moody, cutting my 5 acres with no problem. Lansdowne Moody charged me almost $500.00 for the service, no problem. But when I get my mower back after 2 weeks, it did not run right at all. I took it back for them to check it out, and again promises of quick service, but no phone calls. I had to be the one calling everyday to find out what was going on with my tractor. I finally get back from Lansdowne Moody, but with the weather of rain and couldnt get a chance to test the mower, I couldnt find out if Lansdowne Moody really fixed my mower. Today I finally was able to cut some grass and sadly the mower is still not fixed! Very frustrating! All I wanted was my mower serviced

Bought a brush cutter for our tractor with a promised delivery of a day or two. It ended up being a week before delivery. The shaft turned out to be two short. I contacted the salesman and after multiple calls he came out to see the situation. I waited for another two weeks and many promises to fix the problem. Finally I had had them pick it up and return it. Its been a month and I still havent received my refund on my credit card.

Landsdown –Moody called and said the Lawn mower was ready and when i get there, get slammed with the bill because the warranty company did not approve.
