I found everything that I was looking for and more. I have been looking for a flag holder to replace the one that got destroyed during the last hurricane. I went to many other stores to find a replacement but to no avail. When I looked at Aubucon I found multiple kinds. Metal, plastic etc. This made my life easier. Thanks

Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are fair and the experience much better than a big box. I know this is not a mom and pop operation but it feels more like a neighborhood store. Only reason not 5 stars is they did not have a light bulb I was looking for. Biggest threat to my business is uncertainty if I can find what I want.

Took our hedge trimmer to them to be fixed by Stihl they have had it for almost a month and when I call and ask about it I get a different response each time. Save yourself some time and trouble and go somewhere else. They have way to many excuses not a good way to do business.

I was surprised to see that there were still Aubuchon Hardware stores in operation. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. A few things I were looking for were difficult to find, but the staff stepped up to the plate. Checked their inventory, got up on ladders to search very high shelves, and after all of that, walked me out to a register out back and rung me up. I was grateful for the help and the red carpet treatment.

We had ordered baby chicks from Tracie. She called as soon as she knew that they had been shipped, then 2 days later called to let me know that they were in. Even though we ran into traffic on the way to the store after work, she stayed after closing to let us pick up the chicks. When we got there, they were in their own box, with water, food, and heat, waiting for us to pick them up. Its nice to know that with a live baby animal, they go the extra mile to help the customers and make sure the babies were safe & comfortable.

Aubuchon in Webster is the best! Everyone who works there is friendly, courteous and always goes out of their way to help. How refreshing to see people so concerned about their customers.

Top line Benjamin Moore paint, Dennis is the gentleman to serve. Micheal the manager is very knowledgeable. Then Kyle is very knowledgeable on STHIL products and other hardware. He is an exemplary and model employee. I wish there were more people like him.

This is a great hardware store. The staff is knowledgeable and sometimes they have product lines which are not available at home depot and Walmart so I think its good to visit this store and become familiar with what they have in stock because you never know when you might need something and this is the type of place that will have it.

Paint department is a joke! Sat and listened to employee talk about cars while I sat there waiting for help! The customer apologized but the worker is clueless!! And the paint was at least 7 note money than anywhere else.
