I feel like as long as you do your research before you go in you should be fine. Its clean. They have plenty of help but mysteriously disappears and emerges out of nowhere LOL

Love the staff here, both managers Mike and Alex take the time to go the extra mile and seem to always answer whatever questions I may have. Prices are always competitive but the customer service is always amazing.

So I have been coming to this location for a few years, service was usually good. Today, I placed an online order, got a confirmation and everything, to pick up. The store had my items in stock and after three hours i still did not receive an email to go pick up, so i called the store and the guy there said that they were having issues with there system and that he would pull up my items so i can come pick them up immediately. So i drive 30 mins to go pick them up, once i get there the manager says its not in the system and he can not release my items, in a rude tone. So i ask him what he can do to help, he suggests i call customer care and does not offer to help himself. I call customer care and they were useless as well, and they suggested i PAY FOR MY ORDER AGAIN and to call for a refund on monday. SO INCONVENIENT, they took my money, had the items available and would not release them to me, and no one was useful. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and no one takes responsibility, needless to say these people lost my business. If i could give 0 stars i would.

I frequently shop here and the customer service is always top notch! Michael Ramirez goes above and beyond for his customers. He has a lot of knowledge on all products and can always answer any question.

I came in for my iron supplements. No greeting or ask me if I needed help. Plus he was on his phone. Just because I need my iron supplement or else I wouldnt go there. I love GNC but they dont have my iron supplements

Ive been to this location a few times now. The same two young men were working, they have zero customer service skills they would rather talk to each other then greet and assist customers. My first visit I had to explain to one of them that I had a coupon and how to use it, he was not happy. My second visit I was told they did not have a product in the store he never looked to see if it was in the store however the main website says there was three. I will continue to drive 15 minutes out of my way and not return to this location. Someone needs to get in there, train the workers and make sure theyre doing their job.

The employees will ask if you need help.👌I like the large selection, better than other stores in the area. They carry some of my favorite brands like Vibrant Health, Jarrow Formulas, Finaflex.

The only place my husband and I purchase our supplements. If we need help, theyre super helpful but if we know what we want they dont try to push us into there specials and promos. Everythings so organized and easy to find.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! Pathetic service at Webster TX store. Products are WAY overpriced and staff is only interested in getting your email address so they get a bonus and you get spam emails that are worthless. You have to buy at least $100 to get any discount. Ive never seen a discount that could be used in-store and never seen a discount on a vitamin product, just protein powders for bodybuilders. Ive seen better prices on vitamins at Walgreens!

Came to pick up an order. two guys at counter were rude, one in particular. were busy visiting and acted like i was interrupting their conversation. i could easily have ordered my stuff of Amazon, but like to support local businesses. i was actually going to buy more stuff there but just left.

Always a helpful and energetic group of associates welcoming me in on each visit. Knowledgable and enthusiastic. Would recommend to anyone looking for healthy choices in their diet.

Great place, this location is way better than the location off of fairmont parkway. The employees here actually know what they talking about and are very helpful. If you want to know about any supplement, ask nick or raul, they are super knowledgeable. They have so much to choose from, lots of quality products.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here. I never go to health supplement stores, this was the first time. Everyone in the store greeted me. I thought for sure they were gonna attack me in a high pressure sales style so they could earn commission on the sales. I was mistaken. They were professional and courteous and gave me space to check things out but at the same time they made themselves available in case I had questions. Another pleasant surprise was that they had competitive pricing. The item I needed was Hylands Seasonal Allergy Relief. Its a homeopathic remedy that is also sold on Amazon, for $2.40 more than in the Vitamin Shoppe. I also purchased some Aloe Vera juice which was also priced lower than what I usually pay at another store. 5 STARS!

Went into this store and no one was inside so i just grabbed a bunch of redline and left. BEST STORE EVER!

Easy to find items and quick check out

Ive been to not all but most of the vitamin shoppe in but not non like this one here. Is big and has many supplements that I use to order on line. Now that I know about this place Ill be shopping over here instead
