Do not buy from this company!!! I ordered a table saw blade 6 weeks ago and still havent recieved it. I have called a dozen times and no one answers. You cant even leave a voice mail. I have emailed Jerry a couple of times with no response. Its a shame because I would rather support small businesses than the large box stores or Amazon but this company was a huge disappointment. Beware and do not buy from themUPDATE!!2 months after placing my order I was contacted by Jerry and he apologized for not processing my order and issued me a full refund. I probably wouldnt by from his site again but I will give him credit for being a stand up guy. Thanks Jerry!

Ive has the Dubby for about 15 years. I love it. Recently I changed saws and I need a replacement platform so I can zero it our to my new saw. (Old one is too short). I’ve sent multiple emails asking for a price and what I need to order one, as they show ‘out of stock’ on their webpage. I receive one reply asking for what saw I’m now using. I answered that and have not heard another thing from them...this is after sending multiple follow up emails. Also tried calling but no response.So if you know you’ll never change your saw the Dubby is wonderful. If you’re planning on changing your saw then I would pass. It’s hard to give them a bad review as the product is wonderful, but if you can’t get service, it doesn’t matter how good the product is.

After placing my order for their link belt/pulley upgrade I noticed that somehow the order was for two sets when I only needed one. I emailed them right away and less than a week later I received my correct order of one set, along with the refund for the second.Table saw runs flawlessly with zero vibration. Thank you.

I came across In-Line Industries watching YouTube videos about setting up a contractor table saw, and then Jerry’s videos restoring a Craftsman Saw. Ended up finding a Rigid TS-24241 for a good price and cleaned it up nice with the end goal of getting the A-Line It Deluxe, the PALs and the machined pulleys and link belt. Being the over thinker I am, I saw these Google reviews and became hesitant about ordering. Ended up buying the A-Line It on Amazon, and the PALs on Peachtree. Ordered the pulleys and belt on the Inline Industries site after sending Jerry an email with some questions.Jerry responded to my email in 45 minutes, clarified all my questions and I ordered immediately after on the site, he even suggested additional literature to read to help me on my journey. By 3pm the same day, I had an order confirmation, and a trackable mailing label. Got my pulleys two days later, which was 2 days before I received my order for the PaLS from Peachtree. (Order the PALS the day before I ordered the Pulley and Belt Kit.)All of the products are great and I would not hesitate ordering from the In-Line Site again. Shoot Jerry an email and ask him a question if you have any questions, worked for me and my saw is running great.

I ordered some of their product on March 19, 2012.I was waiting for the delivery to arrive for a week but it did not come so I called their number on the website but no one picked up the phones. There were two numbers one was for ordering and the other one was I guess it was a general line. Both number said to leave a message promising they were going to get back to me a.s.a.p.I waited 3 more days but no one called me. I called them again now a lady whose name was Betty picked up the phone (what a relief, I thought they were a ghost company taking your money and never returned but here someone responded now.). I asked her regarding the shipment. She said sorry because they were having this and that she told me many excuses and she said they shipped it yesterday. “Yesterday!!!” After 11days later, now they shipped and she told me that they shipped with U.S. Priority Mail which means they shipped with regular mail, the slowest with no tracking number.If they were so sorry about their mistake to ship it soooo late, I think they should ship it with the fastest way. I don’t think they value customers nor respect them.She said it might take another week to get the delivery so if I get it within 7 days as they said(which was not sure, of course), it is taking total 18 days to get their freaking productsBeware of this company, if you want to purchase a stuff like this consider purchase from more reliable company. There are plenty of company like this out there unless you don’t mind wait for long period time or you don’t mind getting your purchase not delivered at all.

I placed an order on their website 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything or seen anything other than the receipt for the payment of goods I havent received. I have sent several emails and called the number on their site but it just rings and rings.

Update: Well, its official. Ive been ripped off. 6 weeks after my order.....four emails...….several phone calls........I havent received my order. Cant get anyone to speak with me. Im glad were only talking about a $25 order here. I was going to order a $180 miter sled from this shyster......glad I didnt.Two weeks since I ordered......still nothing. Emails have gone unanswered....the phone just rings. According to my research, this is normal for this company. Its a one-man operation, and the owner tours the country at woodworking shows. He ships his products to his online customers whenever he gets around to it. Id cancel my order, but I cant contact anyone to cancel it. My only other remedy seem to be to contact my credit card company. Sheesh.
