Expected to deliver load but door opened and not one person around

I have worked with Jarrod and the Team at Industrial Packaging for over 15 years as a machinery supplier. The Industrial Team is very conscious about maintaining the quality of the products they are supplying. My company has helped with multiple projects for product inspection on their lines. I’m a rookie in the packaging world. A small business with an at home set up to package my goods. And with my first order, a slight hiccup with UPS sent me into panic mode. I called the company direct line, and was transferred pretty much immediately to a real person- albeit, a real person working-hard-from-home-during-the-pandemic. It was reassuring and once I received my product from Industrial Packaging, I knew I had hit a goldmine, in terms of value and service. I even received follow up emails from another real person! The quality of the shrink wrap film was great and within a couple weeks, I’ve made my second order from them. Louise was so helpful I tried ordering shrink wrap UPS didn’t pick it up to deliver to my house in Maine, so she had someone personally deliver it to my house from Massachusetts I can’t thank her enough for doing this incredible customer service look forward to doing business with this company again.
