Got a light on your dashboard that comes on and youre not sure why or your vehicle is just not driving like it used to? Stop by here and theyll tell you exactly whats going on. Theyve got a device that they will plug into the spot under the dashboard and tells them exactly whats going on with your vehicle, even if you dont have a light that comes on saying something is wrong. Every employee Ive ever dealt with here (and this is going back years) have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and just all around know how to do their job. I know a fair bit about cars, but these guys seem to teach me something new every time Im in there. Forget about going anywhere else to get your car parts, the prices are good, and theyll install whatever it is if you cant yourself (new battery, wiper blades, etc). Like I said, Ive been going here for years, and if what I have said in my review hasnt been enough to convince you to go check them out, at least let them check your car out with their computer they plug into it to make sure that its running the best it can be. Your car will thank you for doing so, though if your car literally talks and says Thank You, youre either Knight Rider, or youve got an awesome car 🚗😂🚙

I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.I’ve always gone to other auto parts stores but autozone was kind of my last resort option. And for good reason.They will always give you the wrong part even if the old parts are in front of them.I’ve had to drive back to autozone to get my money back more times than I’d like to admit.Incompetent employees, horrible at what they do.They do have an easy return policy though so that’s a plus.

I purchased a check valve for my vehicle to find out it was faulty. So I take it back in and exchange it for another one with no issues. When I exchanged the valve the employee kept my receipt. The second valve again doesnt work properly. Dorman is the manufacturer and its plain junk. I understand this isnt AutoZones product but the fact I didnt get my receipt back I cant return the second valve.

According to their sales staff they dont carry anything if youre asking for it found this excludes parts off their computer terminal. If you need a part same day you better plan on driving to there Wintersville store or waiting a week for it to come in. Personally I started using Napa even with their Limited 8:30 25 business hours most ports I get same-day and if they dont have it in stock usually they can get it within 2 to 3 hours and on top of that the Hub store is right over in Steubenville so about 90% of time you can have your part within 3 hours. Personally Id stay away from AutoZone Advanced is even worse

I asked to have my CEL code printed out so i could decide which part i wanted to replace. Instead of doing this the guy printed me out a part # that was the most expensive. Instead of knowing my exact CEL code and choosing which part to replace (o2 senor, or catylatic converter) He thought he would try to make me replace the most expensive o2. Thank God i didnt listen to him or his paper. (skinny middle aged guy with glasses) It wasnt the right part. They need to listen to their customers needs and not be know it alls.
