I’ve been using Ferguson Tire for many years. That came to an end yesterday. I carried tires to be installed at the end of July and I was charged $16.50 a tire for mounting balancing and disposal. Yesterday my wife carried in four winter tires to be installed and had an oil change done and my bill was $185. I called Ferguson and the explanation I got was that if you bring in new tires the price is $32.50 a tire. I’m not sure why you feel the need to do this but you just lost a long time customer. I called several other tire shops in the area and was quoted between 16 and $22 a tire for installation regardless if they were used or new or where you bought them.

Went here over a week ago to have my new car inspected … was inspected two weeks before in Pennsylvania) everything worked fine when I went in there ! Guy came and got me after 40 mins and told me my car had been rejected due to a blown right high beam and all my tint on windows had to be removed which is incorrect the back windows can be as dark as you want . Come to find out when I get home to check my high beams that my fuse had been taken out !!!!! As I said before my lights worked perfectly fine when I took it there .! But someone decided to take out my fuse 🤷🏻‍♀️

Needed a tire repaired, the work was done quickly and the mechanic even helped me load it on my truck.

Mine was a difficult one. I bought all six tires for my motorhome. They had to work around the Tyrons inside the front tires which they had to use special tools for them. Still got it done on time. They even re-torqued them the next day.

Fast and efficient. Weve gotten our state inspection done there since we moved to WV. Reasonable prices on other services as well. Got tires there too

Great service but they told me my brakes were good and the next day I had to get front brakes also they never found the noise in my back tire.

Got my oil changed and two new tires maybe 2 months ago and its been nothing but trouble. Checked it at the beginning of March and it was bone dry. How do you get your old changed and not even a month later its empty ? Wont be back!!!

RIP-OFF, Beware if you bought your tires online or somewhere else CHEAPER because Ferguson Tire will PUNISH YOU for not buying from them.. They will charge you the ridiculous amount of $35 per tire to mount and balance.. Each Tire.. Why?, because they didnt sell them to you and they need to make up for there LOSS of the sale... GREEDY A$$E$! So if youre anyone who likes to Save Money, and you bought your tires for Half the price they sell them for DONT TAKE THEM HERE TO GET MOUNTED BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! !

Very slow. Very busy. So far, very good. Will follow up after a week. So far excellent tires. Make sure they clean the rust off (my iron rims) your rims so the tire beads well and doesnt leak during, now, in cold weather -- I had to come back for that today. Dont stay and wait: drop you car off and live your life. If you need to catch up on your sleep on the clock (thank you God!) expect a very noisy work environment; I napped very well ! Helped me out. Their lawn chairs were pretty good too! Hope this takes care of my employers truck finally. Thanks for taking care of our fleet guys.

Im from New Jersey out visiting my family. I needed two new tires put on that I had with me plus a wheel alignment on my truck. I made an appointment for the wheel alignment came back two days later for the job @ 8am during a snow storm. Got me in right away but I needed a new ball joint and tie rod to do the alignment. The price was fair to me for parts. Wait time during a snow storm 3 hours not bad. Great waiting area. All the employees were very knowledgable. My 20 year old truck runs down the road straight and smooth. Also they didnt charge me for mount/balance/rotation. They could have. I would go there again.

I had purchased four new tires for my Subaru outback at Ferguson Tire in the summer of 2015...I recently purchased a new Subaru forester...and the tires on the forester were shot so I opted to just switch the tires from the outback to the forester...Ferguson swapped out the tires but did not change the rims...giving me my old rims on the new forester...they also repaired a leaky seal in the passenger side front wheel. So I had to take the car back to have the new tires swapped out to the rims for the forester and not the outback...ok...so I end up paying well over a 100.00...then...about a week goes by and the passenger side front wheel begins to loose pressure yet once again...so I take the forester up and ask if they could fix the leak and explained the entire previous situation to a woman working the desk...so they take the car, make the same repair as before and charged me another 18.00...I asked why am I being charged for something you already repaired once and the repair did not last...she says they have no record of the tire swap and I have no proof that I was telling her the truth...my receipts were in my old car and not with me...I wouldnt have thought that I wouldve needed them...so needless to say I will not do any future business at Ferguson Tire...and you should think twice before dealing with them as well!!! Got a quick and reasonable quote. Set up an appointment a few days later. Came for the scheduled appointment a week later and was advised after sitting in the waiting room for about 5 minutes that the part for my car wouldnt even arrive for another 3 hours. So, I had to reschedule. Waste of time that day that could have been avoided had they called and informed me before the appointment. Still, nothing too major. Im here now and the waiting room is what gave this place the 3 stars. Very comfortable and it has free WiFi and free coffee. Just make sure you dont have to use the bathroom. The mens bathroom is in the employees locker room. Only one toilet. And the door doesnt shut all the way and definitely doesnt lock. And its definitely very dirty. 3 stars for the waiting room and friendliness of the guy that worked with me. Price wasnt low, but wasnt extremely high either.

I had a flat tire while at the Community center. I contacted Ferguson Tire for assistance because they were close by. They very quickly sent a truck with a portable air pump and filled the tire so I could get to the facility. The tire repair was done quickly and efficiently for a more than reasonable cost. I expected it to be greater because of the emergency service. They also did not charge for sending the truck to inflate the tires. I had a cup of fresh coffee and was on my way.

I just bought 4 tires and an alignment for my car. They could not due the alignment because of a warn tie rod so the didnt want to charge me for one. I thought this was awesome taking care of the customer ya know. I also paid for them to put on a serpentine belt 1 hour of labor I already had the part. 85 dollars for the hour was fine no problem.After I paid on the other hand their slogan of service after the sales is apparently just a sales pitch. After picking up my two children my wife started the car and the serpentine belt came off thank God my father and i were there and it was in a safe location. I though man stuff happens maybe they can send a couple of guys in a service truck to put it back on real quick. My family has been going to Fergusons for years and they always take care of their customers. Not the case I called and talked to the salesman who gave the call to a mechanic. The mechanic then tells me that well we thought it was the wrong belt had a hell of a time getting it on. He then tells me I should double check the belt and check the pulley. I said well man I paid you a trained professional to do that if it was the wrong one why wouldnt you call me and I would of bought the right one. Well you could of just got us to buy it in the first place....was his response. Guess youre just out of luck he follows up with. I do not yell and simple say could I speak to the manager today man. The manager said I have to get it down there and they could try again might have to check out the pulley though.So basically they said they could do something all the pulleys were fine when they put it on yesterday but they had 2 guys crank on a pulley to get a belt that might not be the right one on most likely damaging the pulley that they will be glad to charge me to fix. If I can get the car there. I work 7, 12s, the car cannot be driven, so I have to pay for a tow.85 dollars labor now they want me to spend..The tow cost, the cost for them to look at a pulley they most likely damaged, the pulley, a new belt, and my time off work.Its about the service after the sale that is what you put on your receipt all I am asking is that you buy new paper so you are not leading the customer on.*Update* I spoke with Gene the manager he was never nice i asked if i could have my Labor charge refunded and without a hassle he agreed. Gene was very professional.

My car was making an awful clunking noise. Passed inspection with that noise, SOMEHOW. I go back in and the guy tells me 2 other mechanics checked and found NOTHING to cause the crazy noise. I take the car home and take the tires off MYSELF! Well, the sway bar links were both ready to snap OFF. Right in your face, plain as day to see. Im not a mechanic and was able to diagnose and fix it myself. Thanks for nothing.

I took my truck in for struts and brake work. The guys were very helpful. I asked for them to check on the emergency brake as it also wasnt working. They found the problem and stayed an hour and a half after closing time to make sure I had it that night. Very professional and did not complain ( at least not to me) about staying late. Would highly recommend

This was a five star review made about a year ago, but after a few more visits I have to alter my review.The only negative mark I gave them was their prices for alignment, but since my last two visits its even worse and the service was terrible. Both of my previous visits they charged me 20.00 per tire mount and balance and I brought these in loose - they didnt have to touch either of my cars. After tax I walked out of the door close to 90 dollars for basic tire services.Three days after my second visit for the above service Im walking in my driveway and found one of the wheel weights that they installed and I paid an outrageous 20 dollars for. This particular car, my Hyundai Accent and daily driver, is nothing fancy and has factory wheels. Theres nothing that should ever cause this to happen.At this point Ill never go to or even consider Fergusons again. With many tire options in the tri-state area youd think they would give better service for their prices. Just another business trying to make maximum profit and provide minimal service.

This place is awesome! I had a tire noone else could get on the rim and they got it mounted 4 me! They didnt even charge which is completely unheard of so i left a really nice tip for the gentleman to get lunch or dinner on me for helpin me out so much! Great place n thats rare these days!!

My husband bought 4 tires, it took them over 2 hours. The next morning he woke up to a flat tire because they didnt change the valve stem...sad... Another case of not having pride in their job

Got an oil change here a few weeks ago, when leaving I noticed the smell of burnt oil. Upon looking I realized I had no oil cap. The oil that I just paid for went all over my engine and car. I went elsewhere for my fix of an oil change after dealing with the front desk, theh did not help.

They were very nice. Got done what I needed them too.

After 6 visits at various tire specialists in the Ohio valley, I just couldnt find anyone to balance the tires on my tacoma. Fergusson made it look easy though and several months later Im happy to report the tires are still smooth as butter. Only complaint is that I didnt go here first because previous reviews scared me off a bit. Lesson learned.

Alert!! If you have had brake line repair work done, please inspect immediately!! Installed brake line over top of upper control arm, stretching with every mile and bump hit, it was so hard to believe what i was seeing, that a professional garage did this is crazy and also state inspected it like this, my husband lost his breaks in our driveway, thank god he has an angel! Never even got a face to face apology only txt, this shows me how they value their customers, NOT at all !! Sent me away with a weapon that could have killed us or anyone around!! Never again!!
