Over a year & a half, I brought my car here 33 times! They handle my cars warranty so kinda had to. They had to fix & re fix multiple times, multiple incomplete alignments which caused my tires to be uneven. Their solution? The tires needed balanced π when i finally was able to get a print out of the alignment, it was 2 or more degrees off & they basically said to take it up with corporate... They did a couple incomplete alignments trying to fix the shaking, always with a wrong diagnosis. It was their bad alignments plus the outer tie rid ends. Had sway bar links replaced at a different place since they said mine were fine when they were definitely not. THEN, After replacing my power steering pump & adding a new belt, they didnt clean the area which caused the corrosive power steering fluid to eat away at the new belt. Their solution, i HAVE to buy ANOTHER new belt, full cost plus labor! They were replacing my alternator for the 2nd time at that point... After trying to reason with them, they finally put a new one on, no labor charge but I had to go to advanced auto & buy one myself... Set aside the 33 times i came here, & add in the other mechanics i went to for a proper diagnosis & sometimes repair, Ive had enough. All they want to do is try to upsell you an air filter you dont need, and destroy yr car in the process. They wouldnt properly do my alignment after they said I had the tie rod ends installed by another mechanic. Even though the alignment was messed up b4 i had them replaced. I had to go to a different mechanic the day b4 for the shaking my car had that Monroe couldnt diagnose. They wont fix my car and I guess another mechanic isnt allowed to either. My current inspection was funny as well. they said I needed ball joints but I had brought my car in the week prior and they said everything was fine. So they passed my cars WV state inspection with bad ball joints. THANK GUYS for trying to nickel & dime me to death & letting me drive an unsafe car around with children in the back.

Did a great job On my way home my brakes, open on a Sunday and got me in and out in about an hour and a half.
The manager said he didnt see an obvious problem then lied about why he didnt see it and what was done on the vehicle. He then also lied about the corporate phone number and refused to put us in contact with his manager. On top of all this, he was also smoking cigarettes inside and not a single person was wearing a mask.

Made an appointment for a tire repair. I had their free tire repair coupon to use. I brought my car in and after their inspection I was told they could not repair the puncture because it was located on the side of the tire. I took their word for it and left. I went to Walmart the next day preparing to patch the tire myself when I notice a mark on the bottom of the tread that wasnt there yesterday. It was the only puncture I could find on that entire tire. It is my belief that they just didnt want to repair my tire because I had the coupon to use, but they were dumb enough to leave the hole marked on the tread. I hope others find this review helpful and see what kind of people you will be dealing with when you come here looking for help. I would not recommend this shop to anybody for anything (not even a free tire patch)
RIP OFF, BEWARE!! My girlfriend took her vehicle here to have her rear driver side brake looked at. They drove her car for 20minutes and gave her an estimate of almost $900 for new brake pads/rotors, and a new caliber. All for one stuck caliber and new brake pads for the rear that needed to be replaced. They will take advantage of anyone who doesnt have knowledge or mechanical skills. DO NOT GO HERE.
Came to get my tire to get fixed and they never fixed it now. and now Im repairing it at work where the hole is that they said didnt exist but charged me for it anyways. Your service sucks . New management needs terminated.
The manager, Rick, and the techs are very helpful and do a great job to take care of the customer. They are fair in how they treat you and dont take advantage of you. Very trustworthy group.
Charged $54 for an inspection and oil change. Oil wasnt changed and they gave no details to the inspection. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for the best bang for your buck
I have been bringing my vehicles to Monro in Weirton since 2002. They have always been professional, fair, and had my repairs done in a timely manner. The staff has always taken the time to talk to me and explain the repairs I was having done and if they found things that needed fix during my annual tune-up and inspection, they would be honest about what is important and what could wait. Management has always been kind and fair to me throughout the years, and I hate seeing good managers leave. I tell everyone I meet to go here because I have always been happy with their service. In fact, the service I receive here in Weirton caused me to visit a different Monro in the country when I was out of town and having car troubles.

Went in with an appointment and had very little wait. They pulled the vehicle in right away. Friendly staff and doing some renovations to the lobby. Nice improvement from the last few years.
The manager at Weirton Monroe, Kevin is very rude and disrespectful. Puts too many cars in all of the bays at once and creates a problem for the workers because the customers believe the mechanics are slow and bad at their job when in reality he is just packing the schedule full so they have no time for everything. I am very disappointed that he has not been suspended AGAIN or fired and I believe he should be.

Stay away i just got a rejection for my rear brakes for rust on rotors they didnt even take wheels of my vehicle, just had brakes and rotors change less then 8000 miles ago if you look at them they would know its from setting so long front was fine
Worst experience ever! I will not return! I went for an alignment they told me my inner tie rod and wheel bearing was bad which I just had all tie rods and much more done on my car 4 months ago there is no way it was bad I asked to have my part if it was bad to send back where I got it from the manager never gave it back to me. I call customer service they were no help either they asked for documentation where I had parts put on I sent them all I had and they still want more from a shop saying they put them on! I gave them name address and phon number where my tie rods were done 4 months ago and that still wasnt enough!! Dont go to this place
I was ripped off they they gave me a list off parts that where bad when i just changed them and told me i had a leak and i further looked into the problem once i was home and found they just put oil on my tire to make it look like i had to link!! to make me thing i had to replace parts !!!! There scammers and liers never go here i would recommended going anywhere else besides here
Rick is outstanding. I watched him go above and beyond for a customer that was having trouble. I would send everyone I know to the Weirton Monro because of how professional Rick and his crew are. If you wanted treated right go see Rick as for Alexander from what I heard he would show up whenever so no surprise he was let go. He even handed me a flyer for his shop I threw that away. He was shady, rude, and bragged about hisself. Donβt trust bad reviews until you see for yourself

Terrible place to get service. Complete rip off. Dont know how these people sleep at night, Ive worked for Monro before not proud of it. One of the first shops I worked at. Let me tell you all that half the things they tell you that ya need, you dont! And if you do then you better have some deeeeeep pockets. Not to mention how the management treats employees like trash. Its all about the numbers $$$$ at monro thats it. So do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, NOT Walmart. Try Rash, Weirton tire, Lyles. Anywhere but here or NTB they Arent any better
Went in today to get an oil change and tire rotation on my work car. Kevin was very rude to the guy ahead of me. He left the room in the middle of me trying to schedule an appointment and then when he finally came back he just ignored me so I walked out. If I had the time today I would be driving down to Waynesburg PA where Marion Jr is the manager. At least I would have been treated with respect down there.
They have failed my wifes and my car, both are newer year models because of screw ups of their own mechanics. For my car, they failed to re-tighten the lug nuts on my back wheels before they did the inspection. Then for my wifes car, they told her the brake pads needed replaced and it would cost $1000 to do it. We just had the brakes replaced the year before, and she is not a hard braker. Never again will Monro Muffler get our business again.
I have never felt the need to leave reviews for anything but today is an exception. I just have to say these guys go above and beyond. Even when the boss isnβt around watching!As I entered the establishment I noticed them all hard at work and worried they wouldnβt have time to attend to my car. (My serpentine belt broke off in the parking lot a few doors down). It was 6:45 and the door said closing time is 7. I expected to wait a while because they were busy at work or to be ignored because of closing. Nope within seconds a nice guy, Marian better know as Jr, ran out to see what I needed. RAN. This guy didnβt waste time. He said he would get things taken care of, gave me an accurate wait time and did so with a smile. Hands down best customer service Iβve ever had.Not only did Jr and the other worker fix my belt in a timely manner I watched as they attended others. Jr ran to the phone every time it rang, greeted customers with a smile even though he was busy. He answered all of their (sometimes ridiculous) questions with thorough explanations and in a pleasant manner. There was another customer that would not stop bugging him. Literally every two minute they walked though their door which had a sign posted not to! He didnβt get mad he just asked what she needed with sincerity that is hard to come by. Being in customer service myself, I knew this guy had commendable patience. Very impressive.Also, jr and his other worker alerted me to a problem I didnβt know I had. And advised me to talk to the head mechanic when he gets back to get more clear picture of what is going on with my car. And when cashing out I was so grateful they didnβt charge me a crazy amount, jr even made a note on my receipt that the mechanic that did my oil change at Walmart spilled oil all over my engine bay which caused the belt to snap. Not wear and tear and not my fault. I can now file an insurance claim to amend this situation financially.These guys stayed open an HOUR later for me, no anger or resentment. They were genuine and truly helpful people. I canβt thank them enough for their time, patience and exception service. I will be returning her for my future car service needs. Manager/boss please say thank you to these guys. Theyβre keeping your customers happy and deserve commendation.
The worst mechanic shop in all of weirton. Bunch of backyard mechanics. If you have any sense at all go to any of their competitors 49.99 for a obd scan autozone does it for free 331 brake job per axle?!?! Get outta here with that I just got performance rotors and pads all around from autozone for 333.83. Messed up my bearing 3 times so i just bought my own shop press when i was younger. Thought maybe they can handle a simple inspection nope failed it over rotors being .028 out 66k on the car i brought in. Just crooks go somewhere else if you cant fix your own car.

After working for this company they failed to pay me properly for my services. The work load is terrible and several customers were aware of the very low pay rate. After Months I decided I was better opening my own business. IRONICALLY COPORATE GOT A CALL OF ME TELLING CUSTOMERS NOT TO COME TO MONRO BECUASE PRICES WERE TOO HIGH AS IF PEOPLE DIDNT ALREADY KNOW THAT. AFTER MAKING THESE GREEDY PEOPLE 15,000 GRAND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY BACK PAY BUT THEY EXPECTED ME TO KEEP SLAVING LONG HOURS TO BEAT NUMBERS FOR THEIR BENEFIT. ONE CUSTOMER WAS CHARGED FOR A TUNE UP WHEN IT WAS JUST A VACCUM LEAK AND CAME BACK AND I HAD TO FIX ANOTHER VACUUM LEAK THAT WASNT PROPERLY PUT BACK ON. ALL IN ALL THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF #$%% Therr are some stand up people working there but there are some lying theives as well. I had one customer tell me they took care of me aka left a tip that irronically i never recieved. If your going to get your vehicle serviced and dont want to pay 3Γ what it actually cost go somewhere else

The careless employee left their tools in my engine bay and they couldve caused serious damage to my vehicle and maybe me. I went back to them they didnt bother to give me a discount and I hardly got an apology from them. I would stay away from this place unless you want to file a lawsuit.

Went and got brakes they tell me I need rotors so that was 600.00 then I come to get my oil changed they charged my card twice which left me in a bad bind... On too of that my steering wheel now shakes Im done will never go back
