Weve always had good service from Les Schwab. They are great for helping in minute things without charging. Their service is quick and theyre very polite. For more extensive repairs, they always give us several options up front and let us take time to compare with other places. Ive never been pressured or felt cornered by them.

Went in for tire sensors and their assistant manager treated me like @#$, this guy is in the wrong business and for a company to let him deal with customers shows that they are not in touch with their true customers.Seriously thinking about closing our commercial account and going with a different company.

Honestly terrible. If you ABSOLUTELY MUST have a tire or have one fixed...they will do the job, no problem. Also worst price in a 3 state area...when an Auto dealer beats your tire price by 200$ on the exact same tires & they just shrug...oh well...seriously....thats exactly what happened.Winter tire change over...might as well buy new tires...Honda civic, they wanted 160$ to swap out tires because they werent purchased at les schnots .Save yourself time & money, almost anywhere is better, definitely less expensive!

Perfect experience! Had a brake failure on our trailer while hauling across the state. He checked it out and determined it was our dodge ram and not the 5th wheel. No charge and the nicest guy. Dont know his name but he was in the brake building, about 50ish, and had cute crinkles around his eyes

Horrible, took and threw my battery away when all my car needed was gas and never gave me my core charge. Terrible pricing and theyll tell you 10 + things are wrong when in reality there not.

Great service. We called in needing a tire for our camper so we could get moved ASAP. We were told by the woman that the only matching tire was outrageously expensive and would have been basically every dollar we had. So we took the tire in to see if it could be repaired. They checked it for free and said it wouldnt even hold air and the sidewall was too damaged. So then we were contemplating buying the new expensive tire because we needed to move the trailer soon. And then one of the technicians came out and said he had a slightly smaller used tire that would be fine for one trip. Thats all we needed and it also saved us a lot of money. Basically saved the day. Thanks guys.

Needed my tires balanced, they did the work without detailing the cost. I should have asked because they charged 15.99 per tire. That’s $68 for 4 tires. Not recommended!Update; I reached out to Les Schwab after their response and the manager credited my card by half. Therefore I have upgraded to two stars. Thank you

This business deserves a 5 Star review. While in transit from Idaho to Utah I encountered a low tire light on my dashboard. We all know this is the last thing you want to see but Les Schwab took away all my worries. As I was driving through Weiser, Idaho looking for a place to air up my low tire I noticed a Les Schwab store. I pulled in there and ask if they could put some air in the tire assuming the dash board sensor might be inaccurate as the tire didnt look low. I walked in and was met by a female employee (Angela?) at the front desk. I told her my dilemma and she said lets perform a courtesy check on it at no cost as I was traveling quit a distance back to Salt Lake City. Upon the inspection it was determined I had a small nail hole. They repair it rapidly and the technician informed me of the hole, no charge!Few businesses offer real customer service but these folks require a pat on the back. Not only do they know their job, they know customer service. I highly recommend this business if you live in the area of Weiser, Idaho. Both of these employees are superstars and truly understand the true essence of customer service. I appreciate these folks!

Terri bought new tires. She enjoyed them services. Timely fashion of replacing her tires. Serviceman treated her with respect and honest.

Lady at the front counter is rude and does not seem to like to do business with people. After talking to her and acting like I was a bother to help, I decided to go to the Ontario Les Schwab where I have had great service in the past. Weiser needs to get a new person at the counter that wants business instead of running it off.

I thought my car had a flat, but turns out the whole rim was cracked. The people at Les Schwab in Weiser found a wheel for me but it was in Ontario as wheels that fit my car are hard to find. However, they got the job done on the same day and I was able to leave driving safely. Top marks for all of those working at Les Schwab Weiser! Quality group of people.

Stopped by needed someone to look at my passenger tire real quick as I am a courier driver that drives about 350 miles A-day I was hearing some noise knowing something wasnt right from my tire called a head spoke to Josh let him know what was going on and when I would be there. I was greatly pleased when I got there they were able to get me in right away only to find out about 2 minutes later they came out to try to tell me that the noise was from my snow tires or that nothing else is wrong and maybe if I heard it get worse to come back. As if I wouldnt know in the 20000 miles Ive already put on my snow tires the noise that they make compared to the new noise Im hearing today. Seemed more like Josh wasnt wanting to help someone out near the end of the day! Thanks for nothing! I drove out of the parking lot hearing the noise so loud they could probably hear it inside. Tyler was the one who looked at my car but as soon as i checked in with Josh at the desk he went straight back and Tyler came to tell me nothings wrong. Thanks guys sleep well tonight!!

Several years ago my Dad, brother and I had gone to a dinner at the church across from there when we came out we had a flat tire one of the guys from Les Schwab came and aired the tire up so we could get over to the shop. They fixed the problem and we were on our way back home in no time at all.

Dan was very helpful in finding me the right tires for my needs. They were quick, thorough, affordable, and honest.

We were traveling thru weiser from Lewiston heading to utah and needed our sway bar hitch adjusted. It required a tool that we did not have and Joe was more than happy to help us! We were able to use the tools they had available and get safely back on the road. We always buy our tires at Les Schwab and this is a perfect example of why we Do! They truly do not just sell tires! I have been a customer for 13 years. Purchased a set of great tires from them 1/12 years ago AWD one split on the side. Had to replace all. Because AWD. Were going to charge me more than last set. Didnt have mine in stock. Have to wait. Would not lower price. Searched internet on cell phone. Got better SED tires 60,000 miles. Good brand. SAVED $200! If you have a cell phone, do some research before your purchase! If in Weiser, go to Olson Pruett in Fruitland. Theyll give you a better price out the door!
