My experience with K Hardware is always a positive visit. Everybody in there is so friendly and thats what I like.

One of my favorite places in Weiser. Staff is always helpful and popcorn is always fun.

To whom it may concern.This was my first visit but will mostlikly be my last.The hard ware store was impressive as far as the variety and competitive prices.But if you want to be treated with common dignity this is not the place!!! I was treated rudely and felt insuIted.(Im a 62yr old grandmother)The young lady who waited on me was talking to her girlfriend. Which seemed much more important than me as I waited to make my purchase.When she was finished with her conversation, I asked, which side of the counter i needed to be on for the register. She then raised her voice to give me instruction. I then asked a simple question. (Price of flowers)She refused to reply and glared at me. The whole visit she did not smile. I was made to feel i was in her way!Why be rude? Why make your bad day mine?At that point I figured they do not need my business. Ill drive to Fruitland and get better treatment even though its at a higher expense.What happened to good manners. Am I wrong?I waited 24hrs to write this review to make sure Im being balanced. Nice friendly service in a small town hardware store. Its not Home Depot, but it has almost everything you need. Reasonably priced.

During open hours they closed. Did not get anything i needed. Or the other people that tried to get in.

Had issues with a toilet gasket replacement came up short on parts but they had what I needed

Hi Im commenting about the water dispenser because it always eats some of my money every time that I want to get some water. And little by little its making a lot of money off of little portions of others and my money that are lost to it.I would appreciate it if you could get that fixed please.

The manager was busy on the phone, but a staff member went above and beyond to help us.

I live out of town. But have a rental in Weiser.I needed a ladder. I spent 100.00 on a ladderI realized right away the ladder was junk I didnt feel safe using it but had no choice.By the time I was done it was to late to take it back. The receipt said 30 day return policy.it was 20 days before I had the time to spend 2 hours driving there and home. I called just to be sure they would take it back. They refused.They do not back their back their own policy.

Manager didnt know her job well enough and employees doing her computer work. Employees helpful.

Store employees just sit behind counter, have to ask them for anything (including a bag for purchased items). They NEVER ask if you have or want a rewards card.

Over priced. Pay for convenience.
