Paul made my 89 year old mother comfortable and treated her with dignity and respect. He explained how her current hearing aids worked and why she was having trouble with them. It was clearly time for new hearing aids and Paul fitted her ears and gave her a hearing test when the new ones came in and made adjustments to the volume and frequency. He carefully and clearly explained how they worked (no more batteries yay!) and took his time while she practiced taking them on and off. He scheduled a follow-up appointment to have her come back with any questions or to make adjustments. She finally hears better and more clearly, and we all appreciate it! I highly recommend Flynn Associates.

As a consumer, I always thought Why pay more when I can get it for less? I applied this to hearing aids, and was often asked by my wife whether I had put them in. After three generations of store bought aids, I discovered Paul at Flynn Associates in Wellesley. I insisted to him that any new hearing aid ought to make a substantial difference to my hearing, since there was an equally substantial difference in their cost.And to my delight Paul delivered on my requirement: my new aids are just fabulous. Ive only had two visits with Paul they were very relaxed and informative.He explained about the different options and I never felt pressured. I have had my hearing aides in for three hours and Im already use to them. Paul explained about different noises that Ill hear but will get use to them, it hasnt an issue. Paul had me practice anything he showed me, Im not a fast learner but this has been a breeze. Id give him a 10 if it were available.
